🌻 This one’s close to my heart.

Revitalize PT exists because of a lesson my friend Devan ( @devanohl ) taught me: if something isn’t serving you, you change it. So I did.

Now every patient gets the time, attention, and plan I always wanted to give. Thank you all for entrusting me with your care! 🧡

🤲In person, clients are supported by therapeutic touch. 🧑‍💻Online, they’re supported by feeling equipped.

This post was inspired by a question from one of our Pelvic students gearing up for her 1st pelvic virtual eval: “looking for ideas on how to best bring value and effectiveness to a virtual visit?”

⚔️This isn’t about virtual vs. in-person care. It’s knowing how to bring value virtually, and referring out for hands on care when it would change the plan.

🔥350# PR!!!!! Hawt damn. P.s. stanky🦵is BACK. 😂

Once I hit a 330# deadlift last year, I said I wanted to hit 350# a year later. After a year of training hard, support and all the tips from the all the amazing @rigar.performance.denver coaches, I tried my first PR attempt today of 335# and def had more in the tank.

Attempt ✌️, earned herself a place in the 350 lb klerbbbb!!

Wildly wasn’t feeling recovered AT ALL this week from a weekend of teaching, lots of patient care and some tough moments. Told @mikeyyoloing that I wasn’t sure I could PR today. Then absolutely crushed BECAUSE he gave me permission and a mindset shift to do what I felt comfortable with, even if it was just a heavy non PR Lift.

💛Feeling very grateful. by @revitalizepelvicphysio

And not just any muscle, we want HEALTHY, ROBUST muscle.

💰 MUSCLE IS YOUR METABOLIC CURRENCY (🎩 h/t @drgabriellelyon)

It’s your body’s biggest blood sugar sponge & helps lower chronic disease risk!

And the returns don’t stop at metabolism…
🦴 It helps keep your bones strong as you age
🏃 It gives your body the capacity to handle life & recover from injury

Plus, healthy metabolism = healthy blood flow to pelvic floor muscle & your bits. Yes, THOSE bits 🍆🍑🫘

🔥 It plays a key role in arousal, orgasm, and erections
💧 Helps manage leaks & core control especially after birth and pelvic surgery

Every strength session is a deposit that your future self will thank you for. 💸

👀When’s the last time you looked up? 👆

This is the easiest movement snack I prescribe to almost everyone. Desk workers, new parents mid-feed, drivers, students, gardeners, anyone who’s been scrolling a little too long.

We spend so much of our day looking down. So tip your chin to the sky, find a cloud, listen for a bird, and take one slow exhale.

No equipment. No gym. Just 10 seconds of noticing. 🍂

📤 Send this to someone who’s been heads-down all week. by @revitalizepelvicphysio

The course ended Sunday. The real test started Monday.

Five clinicians came to Male Pelvic Health with different gaps in their practice: patients they weren’t sure how to help, conversations they felt nervous to have, and opportunities they knew they were missing.

They returned to the clinic with a plan, practical tools, and the confidence to use them.

That’s what we mean by Monday Morning Ready.

Swipe to hear what changed for them. ➡️ by @revitalizepelvicphysio

In a world full of “you can skip today” friends, find the ones who say, “I’ll meet you there.”

The ones who push you, challenge you, grab the heavier dumbbell beside you, and remind you why you started when you’re ready to quit.

Those are your people. 🤝 by @revitalizepelvicphysio

“I have a new lease on life.” 💛

That’s what one of my clients with an acute back pain flare texted me this week. They say these things come in 3s, & I had 3 last minute visits added to my schedule. All came in early on, all 3 are moving better now. 🙌

None are at 100% yet, and that’s the point. Sore but moving. Cranky but able to work. Shooting pain that’s now dull, and a mental state that’s so much better too.

Everybody gets a flare-up here and there!! It’s how AND when you respond.

🤝Getting support early keeps you in the gym, taking care of your people, and showing up to work while you heal.

Don’t wait, get some relief & manage your pain with Revitalize PT next time you or a pal has a flare-up. 😌 by @revitalizepelvicphysio

💡You don’t have to leak when you lift... if it bothers you.

Swipe through for some stats, the numbers might surprise you (you too, boys). 👉

💦Leaks happen. But “it happens” isn’t the same as “you’re stuck with it”. Things like underfueling, fatigue, going ALL OUT for a competition, how you breathe & brace and pelvic floor function under load all play a role.

The good news? It’s all trainable!

If this is your body, you deserve an individualized assessment not workarounds. ⬇️

👉Take our students’ word for it on vibes from the @icephysio Male pelvic course (not just ours). Swipe for what clinicians are saying after the weekend!

We built the Pelvic Male course to bridge the gap between rehab 2.0 clinicians and underserved clients with anorectal ( 🍑 pain & 💩 dysfunction) and male pelvic (hernias, sexual difficulties & prostatectomies)
concerns.

We teach hands on skills for the anorectal exam used on all clients. We practice the external male pelvic assessment using pelvic models/tools (no need to bring a pal w/ a 🍆) and a fitness-forward, holistic approach to care!

🚧If you’re on the fence, don’t sit this one out...walk back into clinic Monday morning ready to improve these humans lives for the better. 🤝
