Rga Bucks Over 40’s Session 🫡

I’ve been mats with @terry.thomas.9400984 @mauriciogomes.bjj @gbfighter for a very long time now and to be able to still get rounds in with these men is an absolute honour 🙏🙏🙏

Asif was my very first roll in a Bjj class I was a white belt obviously and he was a very good blue belt already (2000/2001) he taught me a lot in that first roll and was a huge reason for me to come back and do a second class, forever grateful 🙏

Over 40’s every Monday 1030am

A few guys left just before the camera came out, sorry we missed you out guys
And a big thanks to @davidwebbbjj for coming down and keeping us all on our toes 🫡🫡👊👊

THE STACK PASS 😤

If you’ve never been stack passed by @mauriciogomes.bjj then you don’t fully understand the stack pass 😓

Hip position and arm position are key to avoiding the triangle counter attack
