Flow > force.

This session with @tamaranfranklin had me tapping into strength I didn’t even realize I was holding. Controlled movement, deep stretches, intentional breath… every rep felt like a reset for my body and my mind.

Went to Pilates today — CP Control 1.5 session my instructor was @tamaranfranklin (who also teaches Gyrotonic). She’s just that girl, I know! 😂. Today’s session focused on core control, slow intentional movement, and stability work that really makes you feel every muscle, it’s been a couple months since I’ve done pilates. I’m happy to be back in flow.
