Breathe. Feel. Release. Reset. 💨✨

I’m deeply grateful to guide this work — to hold space for people to be present, quiet the noise, drop into their bodies, meet themselves with compassion, and discover just how powerful the breath-mind-body connection truly is.

Somatic Breathwork isn’t just about breathing big — it’s a pathway to reset the nervous system, expand self-awareness, and release stored emotions. Time and again, I’ve seen people walk in heavy and leave lighter… clearer… more themselves.

To everyone who’s ever shared a mat, a breath, or a moment of vulnerability in these journeys — thank you 🙏

I’m looking forward to bringing this to the Midtown community come September….

Let’s meet and listen to Hope for the Day community member @richardearney as he walks us through what spiritual self-care means for him. He reminds us that self-care is "having tools in our toolbox to call at any point," and shares the importance of tapping into the body. Spiritual self-care is truly for everyone 🖤 by @richardearney

What a weekend!

20 years full circle - Incredibly grateful to spend a weekend with Tom Myers, creator of @anatomytrainsofficial , diving deep into the connections between fascia, movement, and emotion.

20 years after first working with Tom in London, the evolution with PTA Global, it feels like things have come full circle. Right place right time

More than an education, it felt like a weekend-long conversation, sharing ideas, exploring perspectives, and learning from one of the great minds in movement.

Thank you @yogaview for bringing him to Chicago

Your nervous system is listening to the way you speak to yourself….

The body absorbs tone, pressure, criticism, and compassion. Become aware of how you speak to yourself…. Consider If that voice was a friend, would you still be friends? Hmmmmm

Peace is not found by controlling life.
It’s found by learning how to be with life.

Mindfulness teaches us to observe & respond instead of react.

Deep belly breathe, long exhale, pause, awareness - respond

Yes it’s Mental Health Awareness Month - but this needs so much more than a month…

Mental health awareness should show up in our culture —
not just our calendars.

In how we lead.
How we parent.
How we partner.
How we support people through difficult seasons.
Awareness is action

Your nervous system called…It wants this hoodie 😌🌬️

BREATH IS MEDICINE
BREATHE IN & LET GO

Honestly… we all need that reminder.

This isn’t just apparel.
It’s wearable advocacy.

A passion project created to support mental health awareness — with all profits supporting mental health organizations.

Currently supporting HOPE FOR THE DAY 🖤
Proactive suicide prevention through pro active education + awareness.

Wear good things.
Support good things.
Breathe through things 😮‍💨

You never fully know what someone is carrying.

The smile.
The humour / humor
The “I’m fine.”

Be kind anyway.
Lead with empathy anyway.
Check in anyway.
