I’m grateful I realize how much of an influence I get to be. Moments like this are priceless. First 3 miles together, but I think my favorite part was when a woman on a bike passed us and gave her props, told her “you got this! GIRL POWER!” I saw that fire light up and it began an awesome conversation. Getting to teach her about the stories she tells herself is such an honor.
Huge milestone.

Side quest Saturday!!
This one was a cooker!! Reminded me how fit Ive actually become. Threw some extra burpees in there for fun. Took off for a nice lil burner after refueling, testing some of my story work exercises from last week and hitting a couple new spots. Cool thing is it worked! Not sure if next weeks idea for the workout is really good, or REEEAAAALLLYYYYY BAD!
This next 3 months is gonna be interesting! Really pushing that needle!!

You are a Creator
Modeled after THEE CREATOR!
Are you creating life?
Or just going along with whatever circumstances life throws at your canvas.
Decide what kind of life you want…
And show up everyday to create it. by @rick._chavez

This Saturday October 31 I’ll be at Confluence Park Pavilion @6am. Workout starts @6:30am. If you’re looking for an opportunity to push yourself feel free to join. Even if you have to modify this all I’ll say is to show up, and to squeeze everything you got outta you. This is a personal project, but I want to openly invite anyone that really wants to Keep Pushing to share the energy.
FYI, there’s a surprise at the end.

Most of this world is fake.
You have a choice to be real to yourself.
Be ok with doing it alone.
With no applause.
That’s the Real Deal.

Not skipping a beat.
Back to work.
Green juice/ Green smoothie
Got up to make my deposit and pay the man. One day I won’t be able to run, so forging an identity that revolves around dedication rather than anything else is the mission. Special shout out to coach @ryanmiller34 for setting up my running plan and keeping my head in the right place all the time. If you’re looking for a coach to help you get started, he’s the guy.
If you’re looking for someone to get you off the couch…
LOOK IN THE MIRROR!

Do you even Live??
Figure out what brings value to your life and pursue it.
Help as many people as you can along the way.
Stay true to yourself.
Don’t live in the past.
Write your own story.
Show up everyday.
Don’t compare yourself to anyone except yesterday’s version of you.
