Ever wonder how all those tires get in the river? 👀 Okay, okay… definitely not us. 😂 We pulled 17 tires OUT of the White River this week. 🛞🛶 A huge thank you to Friends of the White River for connecting us with the Discount Tire on Keystone, who took all 17 tires off our hands for proper disposal — at no cost to us. We spend a lot of time on this river, and taking care of it is part of the deal. 17 tires down. A cleaner White River to paddle. 🌊 #WhiteRiver #friendsofthewhiteriver #rivercleanup #ripplekayakcompany #littleripples by @ripplekayakco

Hi! We’re Nicole and Stephen. For more than 15 years, we’ve been exploring the White River and sharing its beauty with friends, family, and anyone willing to join us for an adventure. Along the way, we’ve discovered hidden sandbars, watched bald eagles soar overhead, paddled countless miles with our dogs, and created memories that keep drawing us back to the water. The idea for Ripple Kayak Company actually started more than six years ago. We began planning and dreaming about creating a paddling company on the White River, but like many things, those plans were put on hold during COVID. Even then, the dream never really went away. Ripple Kayak Company was born from a simple idea: more people should have the opportunity to experience the White River. Our goal is to provide safe, fun, and accessible paddling adventures while helping people connect with one of Central Indiana’s greatest natural resources. We’re excited to share our favorite river with you and can’t wait to see where the current takes us. Here's to many lovely days down by the river. 🛶 Little Ripples. 🍂 THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO GO KAYAKING BEFORE FALL IS OVER! 🛶 POV: You and your dad spend a beautiful fall afternoon floating down the White River surrounded by peak fall foliage. 🥹🍁 I took my dad on a little outdoor adventure with @ripplekayakcompany, and it was seriously the perfect way to spend some quality time together while soaking up this gorgeous fall weather! We tried the Fishers Run, a 2.5-mile float from Fishers White River Park to Oliver’s Woods, and it was perfect for beginners like us! 🛶 Here’s what you need to know: 📍 Fishers White River Park → Oliver’s Woods 🍁 2.5-mile scenic float along the White River 🚐 Ripple Kayak handles the shuttle, kayaks, life jackets, and everything you need! 👯‍♀️ Tandem kayaks available, so you can bring a friend (or your dad!) The best part? We didn’t have to worry about any of the logistics. We just showed up, hopped in our kayak, and enjoyed the ride. And let me tell you, seeing all those beautiful fall colors from the water is something special. 🥹 🍂 DON’T WAIT TO BOOK! Fall foliage is at its peak right now, and Halloween weekend is the perfect time to get out on the river before the season winds down! Well, this is pretty cool. 🥹🛶 Ripple Kayak Company is featured in the September issue of @noblesvillemagazine ! Seeing our little business, and our story, in print for the first time feels surreal. We started Ripple because we wanted to make it easier for people to get out on the White River and experience this incredible resource we have right here in our own backyard. Seeing that story shared with our community is pretty amazing. A huge thank you to Towne Post, writer Ashley Dykton and photographer Robert Jones for telling our story, and to everyone who has paddled with us, followed along, shared our posts, told a friend, or supported Ripple during our first season. 💚 And we’re not done yet. 🛶 Little Ripples.
