POSTS STORIES REELS

From all walks of life, from everywhere—
with stories worth telling…
This is what RISE is about.
Watching Rachel Skinner compete during the 2024 CrossFit Open live announcement was powerful—but it’s more than just a moment on the floor.
It’s a reminder of what happens when women are given the space to be seen, supported, and believed in.
RISE is about creating opportunities for young female athletes to step into their strength, build confidence, and own their story—no matter where they come from.
We’re proud to be part of the CrossFit community, supporting athletes today while helping shape what’s possible for the next generation.
Because when one woman is supported, it creates a ripple far beyond the gym walls. #rise #nonprofitorganisation #crossfit #femalecommunity #femaleempowerment by @rise_athletes_org

Happy birthday to our favorite pink unicorn 🎉

Jeff, you started RISE with a simple idea: women should have real people to look up to and real tools to lean on. Now because of you, there’s now a whole community of women who lift each other up, share their stories, and prove that iron really does sharpen iron.

We’re so grateful for you!! Here’s to another year of rising together💪🦄

Just thinking about my oly journey through many states and gyms. It’s seen all the sides of me. The sad, the happy, the alone, the grieving, the excitement. At the same time, I’ve also seen the rewarding and grueling part of this spot.

All this to say is I’m lucky to have my community, oly support through @rise_athletes_org and the ability to do this sport. For anyone struggling out there, keep showing up for yourself and please you do something that makes you smile today :)

I am so grateful and thankful that @rise_athletes_org and @pelon.jeff walked into Nadia’s (and mine) life a couple years ago. It was definitely a divine intervention. This group of young ladies is so supportive of one another and make comps so much more enjoyable for each other. They laugh. They hug. They cheer each other on even in the hardest of moments. And I don’t doubt that each one of these young ladies would have each others back if needed. Nadia told me last night as she was going out to do her last KB walk ,one of the other girls, that in the middle of her own workout she cheered for Nadia as she walked by her. THAT is true character and sportsmanship and that’s what RISE is all about. Jeff you have created something really cool and meaningful. Thanks for all your attempts to talk me off the ledge these past few days. @mitsufujimedia you are always there for my kid when you can be and we love you for that! Thanks for coming to get some cool shots of the RISE ladies!! @pitprodigies by @rise_athletes_org

So many great things out of this past quarterfinals weekend. I love watching @nadia_szym continue to overcome and persevere. Trust your training kid. You grind it out every day. It’s all about quality. I am proud of you, but better yet I think you are proud of yourself ❤️ @pelon.jeff @colette_monique @novicrossfit @hwpotraining @rise_athletes_org by @rise_athletes_org
