Something beautiful has been unfolding behind the scenes. 🌸

During one of the most challenging seasons of my life, I leaned into creating — building, designing, writing every word, and consciously choosing to rise. Despite it all. And because of it.🙌

Not waiting for the perfect moment. Finding meaning in the one I was in.✨

@risewithnelly is not a rebrand. It is an evolution.

And it is live.🥳

Everything I believe about movement, nourishment, hormones and mindset — my story, my philosophy, a free morning ritual for you — it’s all there.

This is just the beginning. 🌸

✨Listening Within ~ Expressing Beyond

On 24 October, four of us came together at @alrahabeachresortandspa to explore a simple idea ~ how we express ourselves begins with what we nurture within.

🌿 Emotional drivers ~ the needs behind how we think, feel & act
🌿 The gut–brain connection ~ the conversation between our body, microbes & mind
🌿 The chakras ~ an energetic lens on how those needs are expressed

Through it all ran one thread ~ yin holds the seed of yang, & yang holds the seed of yin.

Listen. Recognise. Balance. 🤍

Thank you to everyone who joined us & to @alrahabeachresortandspa for hosting. Watch this space for details of the upcoming session 💫

50. A new chapter. A deeper kind of becoming. ❤️

Born on 1/11 and turning 50 on 1/11/2026 ~
1/11/1. A beautiful symbolism of beginnings, new cycles and the courage to keep evolving.

Every decade has brought a different version of me. Around 30, I got married. Around 40, I transformed my health and became a mother. Today, at 50, I am healthier than I was in my 30s. That transformation changed more than my health; it gradually led me to shift careers at 45, turning something I had experienced personally into a new path of purpose, learning and helping others.

And the shifts never stopped.

Since 2017, life has continuously challenged what I once considered security, inviting me to look inward and discover a deeper sense of grounding within myself.

The road to 50 has brought its share of transitions, endings and new beginnings. Some visible, others deeply personal, all of them shaping me in ways I am still discovering.

I am proud of every version of myself that brought me here .. the confident, the uncertain, the strong, the vulnerable, the woman who let go, and the woman who found the courage to begin again.

I wouldn’t erase the difficult chapters. They are part of my becoming.

I don’t want to be the woman I was at 30 or 40. I want to keep discovering the woman I can become.

To me, ageing means we are still here. Still growing. Still learning. Still transforming. Still creating and finding new ways to experience this wild, beautiful life.

50. Not a finish line, but another beginning. And what a gift it is to still be becoming. ❤️ by @risewithnelly

At 1 a.m., I was on my way to the base of Mount Batur, and I was nervous. I wanted the real thing, not a jeep ride to the top, so I chose to trek with a small group and the guides from the campsite.

Halfway up, in the dark, with only the light on my head showing the next few steps, my body told me it couldn’t do this. My heart was racing, my stomach was unsettled, and my fear of heights was waiting for the moment I’d find myself on an edge I couldn’t even see. I couldn’t see what was coming, and in my head it was enormous. I almost believed it. What kept me moving was a mix of not wanting to hold the group back and a quiet voice I had to find within me: breathe, settle, it’s safe, one step at a time. I allowed myself to pause, and then I carried on.

At the top, the anxiety simply dissolved. I stood there laughing, with steam rising from the volcano and the sunrise breaking open the sky, surrounded by people much younger than me, and I felt something inside me release. A limiting belief I had carried for years about my fear of heights lost its grip. Even the way down, which I had dreaded, felt easy and joyful.

Later, from Kintamani, I looked back at Batur and thought: I was up there. And Agung, you’re next.

Bali has its well known scenes . This was simply a different Bali for me, one I earned slowly, on foot, in the dark. Courage doesn’t always feel like courage while you’re in it. Sometimes it feels like fear, with a decision to keep walking.

Approaching 50, I’m learning that what felt like a limit was often just uncertainty, a path I hadn’t walked yet.

I’m curious: have you ever carried stress because of a belief you held, only to find the thing itself was far simpler outside your mind? What was it, and what helped you take the first step?

✨ LISTENING WITHIN, EXPRESSING BEYOND ✨

An experiential journey with Rhythms of Change
How we express ourselves in the world begins with what is happening within us.

Our emotions, the needs that drive us, our physical & mental wellbeing and our inner energy are more connected than we may realise. When we become more aware of these inner dimensions, we create space to move beyond habitual reactions and express ourselves with greater clarity, balance and intention.

Join us as we explore three interconnected dimensions of our inner world:

🌿 Emotional Drivers — Understanding the underlying needs and motivations that influence how we think, feel and act.

🌿 The Gut–Brain Connection — Exploring the fascinating relationship between our microbiome and our physical, mental & emotional wellbeing.

🌿 The Influence of the Chakras — Discovering how our emotional needs, body and energy centres can offer another perspective on our inner awareness.

We will bring these insights together through a personalised self-assessment of our emotional drivers, because the way we show up in the world is influenced by what we nurture within.

We invite both women and men to join us for this shared exploration of self-awareness, inner balance and conscious expression.

Cultivate a life of balance, vitality, and inner harmony with Sophia Health 🌱 by @risewithnelly

FAQ Series | Part 9 of 9 🌿

What is the key takeaway from Harmony of Being?

At the heart of Harmony of Being is internal coherence, the experience of your mind, body, and energetic system functioning in greater alignment.

When we cultivate this inner harmony, our choices begin to shift naturally. Healthy habits, greater self-awareness, and balanced emotional responses no longer come from willpower alone. Instead, they emerge from a place of clarity, connection, and deep self-understanding.

This is the essence of sustainable wellbeing: creating lasting change by transforming how we relate to ourselves, rather than simply changing what we do.

Harmony of Being is an invitation to cultivate a life of balance, vitality, and joyful longevity, one that honours your whole being.

✨ If you're ready to explore a more holistic approach to your health and wellbeing, we invite you to join us.
