Life behind the scenes post Sydney. Sometimes you get sick, sometimes training gets put on the back burner. Grateful for this little life & all the little opportunities!!! by @risingontherun

Two big takeaways from Sydney:
1. Stick to your race plan!!! Fueling, pacing, whatever it may be!
2. The carb load / fueling the day before is soooo important! If you have a sensitive tummy (like me) limit fiber & stick to lots and lots of yummy breads!!
