gotta love the neural pathways that form and connect when you learn something new, especially so when it gets you to move in ways you hadn't before! it's far too easy to fall into the trap of thinking "i suck at this" or "i'm just not good enough", but when you approach learning a new skill with curiosity and openness, it can bring out so much childlike wonder and excitement that we don't often get to experience as adults. "i'm new to this, and i'm still learning. i don't have to be an expert at it, and that's ok!" is my current mantra as i try and learn how to surf/skate in my mid 30s. here's a lil reminder to keep moving your body cause if ya don't use it ya lose it! or something along those lines... by @ritual__movement
