We love it when work gets to be fun. This week we were invited to the Ben E. Keith Mid-South Food Expo. It was a blast meeting with different suppliers and chefs, getting menu inspiration, and eating a ton of delicious bites. We are so excited to see what our next menu brings! by @rivercitybistro

This month we celebrated a milestone of an anniversary at River City Bistro. Meredith has now been a member of the River City family for 11 years. If you have been to The Bistro once or if you support us on a regular basis, chances are you recognize this face. She has been a staple since the early days of our restaurant and has grown to be the person we lean on in our front of the house. She takes on many responsibilities behind the scenes to keep our restaurant being the best it can be. Meredith is a loving mom at home as well as a fantastic leader for her work family. She helps with every team function and can answer just about every question in the book. She is such a valuable part of our crew and a smiling face we know our guests love to see when they walk in. We are so happy to get to recognize her as our first “Meet Our Team” staff member. If you know Mere, join us in congratulating her on her continual hard work and dedication, and if you haven’t met her stop by- we know you will be friends in no time! by @rivercitybistro
