Your story can be changed…I killed the old version of me.
I didn’t become a coach because I always had it together.

I became one because I know what it feels like to lose yourself.

I went from nursing school with a plan to bouncing between jobs, struggling financially, neglecting my health, and barely recognizing the person in the mirror.

For years, I repeated the same cycle…..

Get motivated.
Get in shape.
Fall off.
Start over.

Everything changed when I stopped waiting to feel ready and committed to becoming the person I knew I envisioned.. the vision was my reality

That decision transformed more than my body it rebuilt my confidence, discipline, and purpose… In its depth

Now, I help those who were just like me..do the same.

Your lowest chapter doesn’t have to become the ending of your story.

Your “healthy” trail mix might be candy with better marketing.

Before you grab a snack, flip the bag over. Check the ingredients, added sugar, and serving size. A few nuts mixed with candy don’t tell the whole nutrition story.

Your Sunday meal prep shouldn’t become Wednesday’s punishment.

Stop making six identical meals you’re already tired of eating. Prep two proteins, one carb, and your veggies, then mix and match throughout the week.

Less time in the kitchen. More variety on your plate. A healthy eating routine that fits your life.

Wednesdays are for mindset. 🧠❤️

30 pounds down in 90 days, yet she still has moments where she feels like she’s not doing enough.

Sometimes the hardest part of the journey isn’t showing up in the gym. It’s learning to recognize how far you’ve come.

The scale doesn’t always reflect your effort, and progress is so much more than a number.

Sometimes all it takes is a reminder of the work you’ve put in to change the way you see yourself.

I love my ladies. I love my team. This is bigger than fitness.

This is what empowerment looks like. 🫶🏽 by @rj.mariani

To every woman who feels like she should be further along by now…

Your mind tells you otherwise. Speak life into the woman you’re becoming, even before you see her in the mirror.

Detach from the outcome, but never detach from the commitment you made to yourself.

Because the moment you start living like the woman you want to become, the results become a reflection of who you’ve chosen to be.

One day. Two promises. Keep showing up. 🤍 by @rj.mariani

If the “results” disappear when you take it off, that’s compression.

A waist trainer can’t replace strength training, balanced nutrition, or consistency. Put that energy into building muscle and habits you can actually maintain.
