PLAY GROUNDZ — CHARACTER JAM 🎭 We’re making more space to have FUN And we are asking you to come PLAY In Krump, character play keeps the dance creative, fun and alive. It’s a little like storytelling — but instead of starting with a fixed story, the theme gives you a world, and play lets you discover the character within it. We create through imagination — alter egos, costumes, materials, stories and movement — turning ideas into our own characters and worlds. This is a 4-part monthly series for the rest of 2026: 🌕 SEP — MOONLIGHT 👻 OCT — AFTER DARK 💘 NOV — SINGLES 🎁 DEC — UNBOXING DAY The theme gives you the world. You give it a character. Come play. Come create. Bring your character to the cipher. LOOK OUT FOR DEETS #PlayGroundz #CharacterJam #Krump #RoarCityGroundz SingaporeDance by @roarcitygrounds.krump

In a nutshell, RCG is a community committed to nurturing individuals through Krump culture and movement. It is not just about teaching people how to dance. We believe dance—especially Krump—is a powerful tool, and that it is the people, connections, and values behind it that create lasting impact. We aim to cultivate a community of resilient individuals and thoughtful movers, where growth is shared, respect is mutual, and everyone has the opportunity to contribute and belong. It is not elite krump crew. We have space for different levels of experience, for beginners and advanced dancers alike—anyone who wants to become the best version of themselves through movement, discipline, and community. This is also not a community build to hold people down forever, but It’s to hold various spaces to nurture like minded people. RCG is an open door, not a closed circle. It might not be for everyone BUT It is for anyone willing to step in with curiosity, courage, and a desire to grow through both learning and contribution. Whether you stay for a season or a lifetime, We welcome people to receive guidance, friendship, and opportunity—and in return, to shape a shared community through respect, care, and active contribution. RCG is a community where every member grows, and every member gives. by @roarcitygrounds.krump
