Catch me using this pattern at soundchecks like the bat signal, searching for the old head emo drummers in the other bands to chop it up with. 🥁 🥁 🤓

This is Sevenatenine, my band in highschool. We made two(and a half) records, and looking back we really played our asses off on them. This song was recorded when I was 18 and wow, taking some time to relearn this section was an insane walk down memory lane.
We really need this catalogue on streamers 💯

New @darkgable.bc dropped today.

It was the first time I got to take my @dixondrums to the studio, and the vibe was strong all around. Big love to @phonyrecs and @kingofthedrivethru for always being such a fantastic host, and an inspiring engineer! We really went wild for this track and it set the tone for a bunch of other gable stuff we did in a later session that’s not out yet.
I’m REALLY really proud of everything that Gable is, the best friends I could ever have, making amazing music that’s so fulfilling on a musical level, and of course getting to share it with everyone is the icing on the cake!
Hug your fucking friends.
DarkGable is for the children. ✊🏻🔥

Oh ya, and this clip is from the take we used for the final edit. Who doesn’t love a huge drum break, right?!

I used to be an adventurer like you, then I took an arrow to the knee type-beat.
We’ve been all over the place stylistically lately which the algorithm gods do not favour but which keeps things interesting and fun for us. We put all our savings into NFTs and Yu-Gi-Oh! cards so we should be good.

60-Second Groove w @robertcharlessheldrick 🥁⏱️

Rob is playing on a fuse maple kit in party pink!

When asked about the inspiration for the custom color choice and design, he said “it started as an idea for a tribute to the late great Taylor Hawkins, but it became so much more than that.” 🎶

Rob tears this kit apart and we are honored to have him feature on the 60-Second Groove series! If you want to participate, send us a DM to feature your dixon kit! 💬 by @robertcharlessheldrick
