Behind 14 Michelin stars lies a passion we’ve shared for over a decade. @chef_enricobartolini This November, that shared passion takes on a distinctly Milanese expression. A journey inspired by the city where tradition and modernity move beautifully together. Where Aperitivo is not simply a moment before dinner, but a celebration of life itself. Where culinary artistry finds its expression in the smallest of pleasures. And every sip carries a little of Milan’s unmistakable character. One evening. A timeless Italian tradition.
