A little island in Toronto, a moment just for us, and the easiest yes of my life πŸ’ The person I'd choose every single time, for all the little everyday moments and all the big adventures still to come 🀍 Forget the fridge magnet, I brought home a fiancΓ©!! 15/10/2026 by @robgreen92
Spartan Ultra 🟣 52km / 1800m elevation What a rollercoaster of a ride that was. The traditional love-hate relationship with the Pippingford hills and terrain a constant throughout. The goal was simply to get to the finish line (no worries over placing position or time) and have a good time. Obstacle completion was great (61/62) - 2x spears 🎯, only failing tilt ladders on lap 2 when my grip was going. Although part of my soul was left at varying carries. Finished - yes Enjoyed - probably 85%, there were some dark moments on lap 2 Would I do it again - yes, stupidly enough Massive shout out to @adam.wakeling86 for the company on lap 2, pulling eachother through the ups and downs. Also thanks to all the @team_wildfire_ocr folks for the support around the course! And yet again, Pippingford has taken claim to my shoes... #SpartanUK #OCR #BritishObstacleSports by @robgreen92
Spartan Beast 🟒 AG Podium πŸ₯ˆ Awesome race in the sun, with a beautiful course setup and backdrop. Ran hard, 100% obstacle completion, 2nd place. Always good seeing other @team_wildfire_ocr also podium and smash their own races. by @robgreen92
Euro Champs 2026 photo dump. Such a great experience and event to be part of, sharing it with all of the other incredible athletes. A beautiful course to run, combined with a real technical battle on the obstacles. Already looking forward to next year. @ocreurochamps @britishobstaclesports @chris.reaperfitness @team_wildfire_ocr #OCR #OCREC by @robgreen92
OCR Euro Champs πŸŽ₯ A finishing gauntlet of ten back to back obstacles. The technicality of some were off the scale from anything I've previously seen or attempted. A real baptism of fire to Spanish style events, but loved every minute of it. My first Euros was always going to be a chance to test myself and learn new skills along the way, which I definitely did. Happy to have completed 7 of the gauntlet obstacles over the course of the two races (3k Short Open Category & 12k Standard AG Category) over the champs. by @robgreen92
OCR European Champs with the best bunch of humans. An honour to wear the jersey and represent the UK alongside so many incredible athletes. Had an absolute blast and already looking ahead to next year πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Ί @britishobstaclesports @ocreurochamps #OCREC #OCREC26 by @robgreen92
Spartan '26 is a go. A strong start to this year's series following the good end to '25. Not an 'A' race as prioritising Euros next week, so really pleased to come away with AG Beast 5th & Super 6th placings on heavy legs from the off. And as always, a good catch up with the Wildfire bunch πŸ”΅βš« @chris.reaperfitness @team_wildfire_ocr @spartanraceuk by @robgreen92

Friday night 7:30pm Hyrox mixed doubles. A last minute change around meant I had big boots to fill racing with @robgreen92 . The course was slow, tight and congested, but with Rob taking on 70% of the stations, I could just about keep up on the runs. We had our cheer squad at the venue and Wendy back at HQ tracking us. A massive thank you to @robgreen92 for being a great partner, constantly checking in and taking on almost all of the BBJ, maybe a little work needed on our sandbag change over 🀣 @chris.reaperfitness getting me fit enough to be able to step in when needed. @sazcladbrooke for cheering the loudest, when all she wanted to do was race, sometimes the biggest win is putting yourself and your bodies needs first ❀️ Also for creating the race plan. by @robgreen92
