Whenever I’m on the ballroom floor I feel like I’m in a Barbra Streisand musical

Loved entertaining the New Haveners at their annual holiday party in Branford, CT. Check out that 100-watt smile of my 92-year-old mom (she’s the one in the snazzy red and black outfit).

We’ve all been in that room. Everyone’s talking, everyone is making their point and the person who sits back and first listens is the one we all sit forward to hear at the end.

Silence is where we listen, notice, and leave room for God to speak.

New Substack piece out now. Link in Bio.
