POSTS STORIES REELS

Its only fitting that I celebrate the first week of Spring, by opening up some Personal Training spots at Sydney’s most iconic beach ☀️ 🌊

Coveted morning sessions are now available to book (but they wont last long!) 1 - 1 and small group training available.

Session + sauna + pool = happy body & mind 🙏🏽 by @rochelledeluca

As I prepare head back to “work” after my second mat leave I am appreciative, and are reminded of the reasons why I do what I do.

A big shout out to (a few of) my strong and powerful ladies and their real stories.

Every journey is unique, but the goal is always the same: feeling strong, confident, and the best version of “me”.

Winter, you were good to us, so much love + laughter, but I’m not mad about what’s next.

Discovery Tour. Episode Four: Barcelona 🇪🇸

Tapas, art, architecture 😍

“Needing this holiday” was an understatement. It recharged my soul, to remind me who I am.

I cannot wait to squeeze my babies soon 🧡

Discovery Tour. Episode Two: Ibiza 🇪🇸

Think of Ibiza what you want, and choose your own adventure. To me, this island is pure magic.

I stayed in a quiet nook called Cala Carbo, a world away from the party mayhem at a far more relaxed pace. Here I could dip a toe in, celebrate dear friends, and still escape to the quiet before the overwhelm.

All the produce sourced fresh from the garden. Ibiza, you have my heart.

My word for 2026 is: yes.

My year of yes has led me to my discovery tour. Episode one, Paris 🇫🇷

I miss my little humans back home like crazy, but for these moments, I’m letting myself wander the streets at my own pace, and eat my way through the city. Both things can be true at the same time.

I’ll hold your baby whilst you train. Or give you an hour to yourself at Sunrise 🫶🏽

It’s official, I am back from Mat Leave @icebergsgym September 1, the first day of Spring.

Taking bookings now, sunrise spots go quick, as always, first in, first served 😅

Let’s go 2025 👏🏼
