Hitting them freezes clean..🧼 This year has been too crazy. Fighting a chronic illness while keeping up with all else life has to offer, alone, has been mission close to impossible. And you don’t know till you know. Breaking has carried me through all the insane hardships this year… altho it has been physically challenging. The therapy it gives is worth it. And I managed to achieve things I never thought was possible. Health truly is the only thing that matters and everyday you have that is a blessing. Surround yourself with those that uplift and support you <far away from the negative > that’s all else you need. Thanks to @freshlabreakers for believing in me/ giving me a purpose, to my LA familia and @momopeach0119 for all the chances/opportunities she gave. Kindness goes a long way…! by @rock.it_science
“Life is beautiful, but fate is not. No one is dealt the same cards. The cradle lifts the curtain, numerous are the roads it unveils. Too bad, we weren’t born under the same star” - IAM Nés sous la même étoile - Hiphop should forever speak the truth. AN outlet and expression for those fate has tested. If our expression is aggressive/ rough, instead of critiquing/judging it… why not question why? Understand. Thank you @dj_ice_b for the dope track. The lyrics on this is heavy… Have gratitude to where we stand in life. - translation is on Genius.com . by @rock.it_science
Proud of my crew, HNDP & HipHop congress for organising this one. A jam to support your local Bgirls and to raise awareness on Breast cancer. “Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer worldwide, and its burden has been rising over the past decades.” - Arnold, M., et al. (2022). “Current and future burden of breast cancer: Global statistics for 2020 and 2040.” The Breast. Data via WHO/IARC GLOBOCAN. This paper shows some really interesting points and research on breast cancer, its causes and effects…! Thank you LABREAKERS. Proud to be a LAB. Remember to always support your local Bgirls 🙏🏼🫶🏻 by @rock.it_science
In 2023 I met a Graffiti artist who had lost their 7 year old son to cancer. He painted this in memory of him. Although, he was hurt he wanted to live his life to celebrate his child. The words in this piece resonate and show us that although some lives may be short, every child has the right to feel alive and experience life. I hope we can all find a way to contribute to that. September was childhood cancer awareness month. May we spread love and keep these stories alive. This is what art is for. Thank you for sharing your story 🌷 #hiphop #grafitti by @rock.it_science
@urte_photos 📸- My favourite part of dancing is always how I connect with others and others to me. There’s nothing more inspiring than ppl feeling ur spirit and energy, or theirs to you. Cause it ain’t about the moves. The words ive gotten from audiences will always stay close to me. Proud to be repping @labreakers always 🫶🏻 “it’s not rocket science it’s “ @rock.it_science” - KENSWIFT. 2 years ago @rawkuscity jam! What a gift it is to dance 🌹 by @rock.it_science

We often underestimate the power of fundraising. @thepcrf have raised millions of dollars to support and save thousands of children that have been affected by wars. @inspiral_arts_uk @theyellowuk @savan12shah we are running an Open Dance session on the 21st of February, with a breaking workshop, to raise money to donate to the PCRF who are currently providing humanitarian aid to the displaced children of Gaza. Please support the cause in any way you can. You can find the donation link here: https://pcrf1.app.neoncrm.com/OpenDanceSessionFundraiser. Shoutout @ijmiller_ for helping make the flyer by @rock.it_science
We managed to raise nearly £200 for @jacaricharity . Thank you to, @artsattheofs and everyone who supported the cause and fundraiser. Thank you to the amazing people of Oxford (and Jacek for supporting) who allowed for a great session. With all the negativity happening in the world right now, it’s important to remember that individually we can make an impact; whether you’re supporting a friend, speaking to someone or raising awareness, the little things matter.🤍💫🤍💫💫 📷 @su.eyda by @rock.it_science
