POSTS STORIES REELS

Loads of new faces here lately, so let me reintroduce myself 👋

Hi friend, I’m Khyla — the girl behind the camera 📸

I’m all about capturing the real stuff… the belly laughs, the quiet in-between moments, and everything that feels like you.

So grateful you’re here and I can’t wait to create something amazing together ✨

1 week since launch and the love and support has been nothing short of incredible 🤍

With the support did come a lot of questions but mostly why. Why the name change?

I started this amazing business 7 years ago in a very different time of my life. Most know that it all started with video but in the last couple of years I have been focusing on photo coverage. Knowing we were trying for a family started to put into perspective how things would have to change. First, Andrew’s departure after this year and then also a good work and life balance. Even though I had someone to shoot with every other aspect of the business, from point of contact, social media and to editing was always me and it was a lot to keep maintaining with a child.

Once River arrived I slowly stepped back into my roots outside and within and that along with the business focus, it only felt right for a change that matches.

This rebrand reflects me, so that I can better represent you.
This new look, the gritty, grungy edge, is me being unapologetically myself and I believe when I show up fully as who I am, I create the best space for my clients to do the same. Rogue Society is about celebrating the bold, the offbeat, and the real. Together, we make art that doesn’t follow the rules, it tells your truth.

I can’t wait to continue to capture love days with my incredible couples who have believed in me since the start.

I also want to say a huge thank you to @sincerelyyours.collective for these images, @shecreates.content for her sick BTS skills and to @willowandfinchphotography for my branding images and for bringing my vision to life. by @roguesocietyimagery_

Portraits before the ceremony and a beautiful lunch at @_donnachang with their nearest and dearest was on the cards for Austin and Jess.

The most perfect and stress free day.

Your wedding day isn’t about performing for the camera or knowing exactly what to do. 🤍

My job is to make sure you feel comfortable, confident and completely yourselves in front of it.

I’ll guide you when you need a little direction, help with posing in a way that feels natural, give you prompts to bring out genuine laughter and connection, and create space for those quiet, intimate moments in between. I’ll help with where to stand, what to do with your hands, how to move together, and all the little things that can make being photographed feel a whole lot less awkward.

And when it’s time to let go of the nerves? We’ll have fun with it. There’ll be room for laughter, movement, a little silliness and all the unplanned moments that end up meaning the most.

You don’t need to know how to pose. You don’t need to be naturally confident in front of a camera. And you certainly don’t need to spend your wedding day worrying about whether you’re doing it right.
That’s what I’m there for. To gently guide you when you need it, step back when the magic is already happening, and help you feel present enough to actually enjoy the experience.

Because the most beautiful photos don’t come from getting everything perfect. They come from feeling comfortable enough to be yourselves. ✨

10/10 - THE most popular date for anyone in the wedding industry! A date that was always going to be reserved for these lovers. I have known Carlie since high school and have also had the absolute honour of capturing their growing family. It was like being around friends all day and such a beautiful celebration that was a long time coming. They also had a killer team and you should go check out all their profiles and give them some love 🫶🏼 by @roguesocietyimagery_

🪩 Dan + Elyse 🪩

We started at their beautiful home for some pre wedding portraits before adventuring to Kangaroo Point, the infamous rooftop and then to @thebethnal for the ceremony and reception 🤌🏼
