Ironically this video summarizes my transition from a career obsessed corporate world person to ...someone who enjoys life to the full by unleashing who I guess I was meant to be from the very beginning. Yes, multiple part time jobs, Tetris type of schedule, one week differs from another, ups and downs..but freedom in being who I love to be. Whoever is thinking of stepping on the journey of changing your life 360 and start following your dreams...Get ready for ups and downs, but it so much worth it ✌️✌️ Enormous thank you to the team who created this video, you are magicians, who made a childhood dream come true🔥 @koutroubisioannis @cinemagiproductions @mirella_cerilli.p @tomlivm @nickeire @finn_nakamura @lucian_mihai_purici
And a separate HUGE thank you to my vocal coach @morganweinmeister 🔥 the BEST!

Specific of the jam..is that you can be all of a sudden paired with another singer and need to adjust on the fly. Great opportunity to bring your singing and just mindset flexibility to the next level. Was so much fun @josee_brault_music! From self-tape to the shoot day to the screen. If someone told me 5 years ago that this will happen, I wouldn't believe it. Sometimes the stars luckily align.
Thank you @constantinekourtidis

Talking about my immigration challenges with @panagiotatsitsou on the last episode of podcast "From passion to Legacy"produced by @koutroubisioannis and @cinemagiproductions #immigration #immigrantstories #followyourdreams❤️ #immigrantjourney by @roksana_ols

ONCE CAN BE A MOMENT. TWICE BECOMES A STATEMENT.

I could not be prouder to announce that Roksana Olsinskaya has won Best Actress at the Champs-Élysées Film Awards for The Last Goodbye.

Her second Best Actress award for this film.

And somehow, this one feels even more meaningful.

When we began The Last Goodbye, one of my goals was to create a project that would give Roksana the opportunity to showcase what I believed she was capable of.

Give her the material.

Give her the camera.

Give her the opportunity.

And then trust her.

What began as a film intended to showcase an actress has now become an internationally award-winning performance — twice.

That deserves to be recognized.

Because the first award told us people noticed.

The second tells us they were right to notice.

Roksana, I said it after your first win and I will say it even louder now: you are an exceptional actress, but just as importantly, you are an exceptional person to collaborate with.

Talent will get people's attention.

But professionalism, preparation, generosity, courage, discipline and the ability to trust your collaborators are what make people want to work with you again.

You have all of those qualities.

There are many talented actors in this industry. The rare ones are those who make the entire project better because they are part of it.

Roksana is one of those actors.

And I will repeat something I said after her first award because I believe it even more strongly today:

Montreal producers and directors should be paying attention to Roksana Olsinskaya.

Not because I am asking anyone to give her an opportunity.

Because she has now demonstrated what she can do when she gets one.

Twice.

Two festivals.

Two juries.

Two Best Actress awards.

One performance.

At some point, recognition stops being about luck and starts becoming evidence of the work.

I am incredibly grateful that I had the opportunity to work with you, Roksana, and even happier that The Last Goodbye gave audiences and juries the chance to see what I was fortunate enough to see while we were making it.

Never forget where this started.

A project designed to showcase your abilities.
