I will be sharing more about the world's best dad in the days to come. I miss him already. 💔

Raymond George Reilly

d. Oct 10, 2026

Raymond George Reilly, 89, of Greensburg, passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2026 at home, with his wife and daughter at his bedside.

Ray was born in East Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to the late James and Anna Reilly. He graduated from McKeesport High School and proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1955 to 1958, attaining the rank of Petty Officer Second Class in less than three years.

He retired from U.S. Steel management after 34 years of service, primarily at Duquesne Works. During his career, he also held management positions at U.S. Steel plants throughout the Mon Valley. Following his retirement, he worked as a consultant for U.S. Steel Engineers and Consultants in Facilities Redeployment.

Ray was a member of St. Edward Church in Herminie. A man of many interests, he and his wife of 66 years were avid travelers, enjoyed cruising, and spent their winters as Snowbirds. Ray also enjoyed deep-sea fishing, trying his luck at the casinos, cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide, and faithfully supporting his Steelers.

In addition to his parents, Ray was preceded in death by his beloved son, Raymond Michael Reilly, of Hempfield Township; his brothers, James, Bernard, William, and Richard Reilly; and his sisters, Frances Hammers and Mary Ellen Nehrig, his mother-in-law, Julia Bach; and brother-in-law, Charles Harkins.

He is survived by his devoted wife and best friend, Beverly; his beloved daughter, Ronilyn, of California; his sister-in-law, Nancy Harkins, of Ohio; many nieces and nephews; and treasured lifelong friends.

In accordance with Ray's wishes, there will be no public viewing. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, Greensburg.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, www.t2t.org. For online condolences, please visit www.kepplegraft.com. by @ronilynstagram

Halloween 💀🎃 2026! I wasn't going to participate this year. I changed my mind and decided to be something I always wanted to be. I made this and figured out the make up as well in less than 2 days! I wish my dad could have seen it. I love Cats the Musical... Some people don't like it because they feel it makes no sense, but it's not really supposed to. It's based on a book of poems. It's a celebration of dance and an impressive display of full body muscle control. Get into it! #catsnowandforever #demeter #halloweencostume #jellicleball @catsthemusical @andrewlloydwebber meow by @ronilynstagram

Had the best night ever with my bff @dacey118 at the Disney Concert Hall for opening night of Superstars of Paris, star dancers from the Paris Opera Ballet. Hugo Marchand is BEYOND, and the show featured the most original and unique choreography. Also, if you're not hanging with the troupe after the show, why leave the house! 🤣More shows this weekend... get your tix!@humarchand @parisoperaballet @waltdisneyconcerthall #balletgeek #Ballet #bodiesinmotion by @ronilynstagram
