We want to add some context to dropping off of the show this Saturday. First, we accepted the show in January and unfortunately we did not do our due diligence when we said yes, but last night we went through the band Hammerlock’s socials and found very disturbing content that does not align with Rooftop Boxers values. We do not, cannot, and will not stand for what they represent. We do not represent or condone hatred towards any person based on religion, gender, or sexual orientation. We believe in respect and we will always stand firm in our core beliefs. Moving forward, we will do better. We will make sure that we are not aligning ourselves with bands that do not share the same values as we do. Know that we will never compromise our beliefs and allow anyone else misrepresent what we stand for and who we are. by @punkrockreviewofficial

Alright, Houston Punk Fest #13 is upon us!
It kicks off at 7:30 tonight at Trip Six with Butch (30footFall), the Hates, Valhalla Cinema, The Do-Itz and The Guerillas!

Then rolls into Saturday over at Bad Astronaut! Doors open at 12 and 1st band take stage at 1pm! This line up is absolutely sick!

We hope to see everyone out there! Set times are posted in the 3rd picture. But plan to stay all day. Because, why wouldn’t you?

Randall with 31records will be there as well, so come get you some new music to listen to. Also, they’ll have the HPF#13 comp with all the bands playing. Here’s the original art piece that Jerms made for our newest EP “Beady Little Charmer”. @jeremyestes may no longer be playing the songs with us, but he damn sure is still a Boxer. We love where this started and how it ended up. Jerms will be up at @houstonpunkfest on June 27th so come by and hug on him.
