Meet NODI, Our little giant with a big story to tell! Inspired by Indonesia’s rare and iconic Rafflesia arnoldii, Nodi brings together the beauty of nature and the power of artistic gymnastics. Just like the sport itself, this extraordinary flower represents a beautiful balance of strength, flexibility, and elegance. And since Rafflesia only blooms at certain times, it felt like the perfect symbol for a moment that made history. Created for the 53rd Artistic Gymnastics World Championships Jakarta 2025, Nodi represents more than just a mascot. It celebrates Indonesia’s moment on the world stage as the first country in Southeast Asia to host this prestigious championship. A little flower, a big spirit, and a milestone worth remembering. by @rootsand.co
Big energy, big moves, and a whole lot of heart. We feel truly honored to have had the opportunity to be part of the 53rd Artistic Gymnastics World Championships Jakarta 2025. It was even more special to see Indonesia host such an incredible international event. We poured our passion into every detail, hoping to capture the spirit, energy, and emotions behind every amazing move. A project this big always comes with its own challenges, but that’s where the fun begins. We’re beyond grateful to see all the ideas come to life and to be part of a moment we’re proud to call ours. And there’s more to the story! 👀 In our next post, we’ll dive into the character design and share the little ideas, thoughts, and stories that brought these characters to life. Stay tuned! by @rootsand.co
This is still happening. The fires are still burning. The smoke is still in the air. And people living around it are already feeling the impact breathing becomes harder, the air gets unhealthy, and everyday life is affected. Somewhere out there, forests are still burning. Animals are losing their homes. Trees that took years to grow can disappear in a matter of hours. It’s easy to scroll past when it feels far away. But smoke travels. And so does the impact. This isn’t just about losing trees. It’s about the air we breathe, the homes we share, and the living world around us. The fire is still burning. So maybe we shouldn’t look away just yet. by @rootsand.co
WE GOT A BRONZE. 🥉 AND WE’RE STILL PROCESSING IT. Last year, our work for FIG Gymnastics Championship 2025 picked up a Bronze at the Phinastika Awards in the Brand Identity category. Honestly? We’re pretty damn grateful. This project was one of those rides where ideas got thrown around, things got weird, visuals got pushed, and somehow… it all came together. For us, it’s never just about making things look good. It’s about building a visual world, breaking a few rules, and seeing where the idea takes us. Huge thanks to everyone who trusted us, challenged us, and got a little crazy with us along the way. ❤️ But hey! this is only the award post. The full story, the madness, and the visual world behind FIG Gymnastics Championship 2025? Coming next. 👀 Stay rooted. Things are about to get interesting. by @rootsand.co
Colors are everywhere. And sometimes, they’re already telling us what’s next. Here’s what’s been catching our eye lately, What color are you seeing everywhere lately? by @rootsand.co
A brand is more than a logo. It’s a feeling. A story. A memory. For almost a decade, we’ve been creating brands that connect, evolve, and stand out. We start with a strong idea, then give it space to grow, play, and become something new. Here’s to what we’ve built. And everything still growing. Let’s grow. 🌱 by @rootsand.co
We often find ourselves drawn to the things surrounding football just as much as the game itself. As the 2026 FIFA World Cup unfolds and the intensity of the tournament continues to rise, the group stage has officially begun. Every match now carries its own tension, emotion, and stories that connect people far beyond the pitch. We couldn’t help but wonder what a collector’s edition of the tournament may look like. That interest became ORIGINS; a collection inspired by five nations, editorial storytelling, illustrated kits, and a set of collectible cards. A project made for the love of the game. A joyful tribute to the beautiful game, the traditions, moments, and printed items that live far beyond the final whistle. This is our love letter to football culture. by @rootsand.co
