Welcome to my one year experiment 🤪

My bestie and I are spending the next year holding ourselves accountable to our goals, building discipline, and seeing who we become when we keep showing up for ourselves.

The ultimate game of self-trust and commitment to self. Not expecting perfection, but practicing follow-through.

Would you ever do something like this?

Girls Who Gather is a community experience created by Relate with Rory, rooted in the belief that the more deeply we know ourselves, the more authentically we can connect with others.

Our next one is November 14th. Invite a friend to come along. We can’t wait to meet you!

Self-trust is a funny little thing.

We want certainty before we take the leap, we want reassurance that we’re making the right decision. We want to know that we won’t fail, that we won’t be rejected, that everything will work out.

But what if trusting yourself isn’t about knowing how it’s all going to unfold?

What if it’s about trusting yourself enough to meet whatever happens next?

Here’s a few things I’ve come to learn (and am still learning) about this wild, beautiful relationship with myself.

With love,
Rory ♡ by @rory.adele

Sometimes your intuition whispers.

Other times it sends you a fake cricket, a questionable man, and a goddamn cheetah-print swimsuit.

Apparently mine needed to get creative. 😂

The full story + what it taught me about self-trust is in my latest love letter. 💌

Feeling so full on love and play and magic and whimsy

With a sprinkle of sass and wit😉 by @rory.adele

What happens when nature, music, movement, and authentic connection come together?

Make Room was born from a desire for more aliveness, presence, play, and meaningful human experiences.

Our first Make Room experience is happening OCTOBER 4th in San Diego. 🌿🎧✨

If you’ve been craving something like this too, I’d love to have you there.

Come make room for all of it.

Someone recently asked me what qualifies someone to be an Anchored Woman.

Here’s what I said:
An anchored woman is on the path of deeper inquiry of herself. She is grounding into her inner knowing & learning to trust what she already feels to be true.

If that sounds like you, you belong here.

We’re gathering this Saturday, June 13th for the next women’s walk. RSVP through the link in my bio and come as you are. 🤍 by @rory.adele

Happy Monday friends. Let’s walk and talk for a sec by @rory.adele

Lightning in a Bottle - the life giving spark that reminds me how important it is to play, be silly, dance, and follow the flow. LiB truly is a place for liberation and remembering the magic that exists right here and now. You just have to open yourself to receive it.

Here’s a recap of the experience all shot on my retro tiny camera that I will be taking with me everywhere from now on 📸 by @rory.adele

I wrote this the night we said goodbye. This is what choosing yourself sounds like from the inside ~ messy, heartbroken, and somehow still knowing.

The sound of rain pitter patters outside my window. It’s dark, cold November night & my heart is in absence. Of you. Of us. Of what could’ve been.

The sound of knowingness fills me, even when I don’t want to listen. I want to run back into your arms, fight for this special connection in fear that I may never have something this special with someone again.

Is this the sound of giving up & in? or trust? or sorrow & longing for something that I dreamt up that isn’t even real? Oh. it’s the sound of my heartaching & breaking.
The sound of letting go.

The missing of you next to me.
The quiet comfort of being in your presence, the way our bodies intertwine so perfectly together.

The rain outside continues to come down, the pitter patter gaining strength & force as it rumbles into a pour. My eyes which also leak a continuous stream of tears.

Behind the tears are moments of silence between us. Us both feeling the knowing. The incompatibility & also the care. I’m left feeling so confused by it all. Why is it so hard to let go? or to put words to the silence. Only tears, tears & more tears come.

If this landed somewhere in your chest, the full entry is waiting for you in my email community.

This is the work of being Anchored in Love. Connected to self, yet still feeling it all. 🤍 by @rory.adele

Story time! Tell me about a time you followed your intuition and what happened - no matter how big or small!✨

a little heart share…

This past year I’ve been dating with my life partner in mind, and wow, I didn’t expect how lonely it can feel. Especially when it seems like everyone else is getting engaged, married, or having babies!

I’ve noticed there’s so much we hold quietly while dating… the hope, the vulnerability, the discernment, the “am I doing this right?” questions.

Women around me have also shared a similar feeling. I’ve been moved and inspired by these conversations to counteract the loneliness and confusion that can come in dating process!!

I call it Anchored in Love, The Dating Dojo. It’s a space for heart centered women who are navigating this season of dating to go through together. No more exhaustion, self- abandonment, over-giving or over analyzing in 2026 ;)

If you desire partnership and feel the pull to do this in community, you don’t have to figure it out solo anymore!

If this resonates and you want to know more, just message me. We officially begin on Monday February 9th 🤍 by @rory.adele
