You came for the workout, but stayed for the girl time 🥹🤍☕️

One of my favourite things about Rosie’s Place Beach Pilates is seeing women come together, support one another and make new connections

there’s something so lovely about finishing a class, grabbing a drink and staying for a good chat with some new faces 🫶🏼

Join us this Sunday 8th November for a little movement, fresh air, good chats and hopefully some new friendships! 🌞

Come on your own, bring a friend, whatever feels good. Everyone is welcome at Rosie’s Place 🤍

💌 DM me ‘BEACH’ to book your spot!

November I already know ur going to be a DREAM 💓💞💖💕💘 by @rosiesplacepilates

I absolutely adored this trend 🥹💘

I love coming back to it every now and then as a little hug to my younger self, and a reminder to my current self of just how far I’ve come

Rosie’s Place was built to create a space where people feel encouraged to be kinder to themselves. To move their bodies in celebration of what they can do, rather than as punishment for what they haven’t done

I’d encourage anyone to sit down and do this, as a little reminder to never be afraid to celebrate your own achievements, be proud of how far you’ve come and get excited about the person you’re becoming

I know I’m creating something my younger self so desperately needed, and something she’d think was SO cool

And sometimes, that’s all you really need to know. 💘

car park wisdom to start the week 💞

failure is literally not an option when you value everything for the experience it gives you, no venture, job, relationship or friendship is ever a waste of time it simply teaches you something for next time ✨

People ask me a lot of the time how I stay motivated, there’s a lot of times I really don’t feel motivated, sometimes before the gym I can be almost paralysed with anxiety about going?? Even though once I’m there I LOVE it!

once you make something a habit and you can remind yourself how much better you will feel afterwards, somehow it’s a little easier to get out the door

Doing hard things, proves to yourself that you can do hard things 🫶🏼
