We are Proud to be apart of a life changing development. by @ross.louw

Industry talk, global perspective.

We caught up with @ross.louw at the Dot Connector Conference, hosted by @milkcookiesfest Festival and @therealrapplug .

Ross runs a management company operating across the USA and South Africa, and in this interview we unpack:
• Artist management across international markets
• Building sustainable careers, not just moments
• What artists really need to understand about the business

If you’re serious about music as a career, this one’s worth your time.

2 weeks in and I’m already lookin at 2022 like….📈😎📈 by @ross.louw

The thing about this industry is you don’t stop, you keep pushing yourself, and don’t look back. We focus on what’s next and create opportunities most times out of nothing. Through this pandemic, one thing that I’ve started to apply to my life is to appreciate the moment, appreciate the now, and don’t take anything for granted and celebrate ALL the wins no matter how big or small. I’m excited for the future and our team is strong....Very strong! Congrats @roarkbailey on selling a couple milli 💿💿💿. We got a lot more on the way! #saweetie #mytype #frenchmontana #drake #nostylist @jewelboxplatinum by @ross.louw

I had to repost this and say a few things lol.I learned a lot about myself this year and what happens when you actually start believing and surrounding yourself with like minded people. @roarkbailey , we sat down at my kitchen table 2 years ago and said let’s do this and we never looked back! So incredibly proud of you and what we have accomplished for 2018. I also want to give a huge shoutout to @thehealthyhelping for allowing Roark to be gone most of the year and not killing him and also @livy719 for allowing me to be on my phone 24/7 and do what I do lol. Love you both! Our team is 💪🏽 Dream BIG and work HARDER and nothing is impossible. God is good... by @ross.louw
