Our Smallz Love

You were only 6 weeks here.

There are so many firsts for us to experience together.
It makes me so excited for what's to come.

You have made our family complete

We love you our lil one 👶 by @rowzii_

L E N N O X
Our Biggie Love

For those who have met Lennox, he is funny, goofy and cheeky.

He did not hide his personality in these pictures haha.
He loves to poke his lil bro inappropriately 😅😅

He even threw his spider toy at the photographer and screamed out "SPIDER!" 🫣

With all that craziness aside, he is an absolute sweetheart.

“I honestly thought the session was a little chaotic… but I can’t believe the photos you captured!”

Something I hear from parents more often than you might think!

And here’s the thing… sometimes family sessions ARE a little chaotic. Especially when little ones are involved. And that’s completely okay!

Take this beautiful family of sox, with four boys, including two precious newborn twins.

There were lots of little personalities, plenty of movement and a whole lot of love to capture.

But creating beautiful family portraits isn’t about having perfectly behaved children or everyone sitting still and smiling at the camera.

It’s about experience, a little gentle guidance, plenty of patience and, most importantly, allowing your family to be themselves.

Knowing when to guide, when to slow things down and when to simply embrace the moment.

Because amongst all that beautiful chaos are the little connections, expressions and moments that make your family yours.

And those are the memories worth holding onto.

So if you’ve been putting off family or newborn photos because you’re worried about how your little ones will behave, please don’t let that stop you.

You bring your family, just as they are. I’ll take care of the rest.

Enquire through the link in bio or send me a message to start planning your session.

🥇Beyond proud of my boy Lennox for taking home the gold 🥇

I remember he would cry for the first few weeks to not go Jiu Jitsu. He's come such a long way, and he is genuinely enjoying it. And it's been amazing to watch and see his progress that sometimes it comes very unexpected.

Well done! We are all proud of you. We love you lots 💙

Shout out to the @sjjaparramatta fam for supporting and training these future champions 🙏🔥

P.S Lennox takes on tasks better then I did today. I told him to keep up the energy and to keep the pressure on. He did exactly that ✅

Keep it up, son!

Onwards. by @rowzii_

Happy birthday wifey!

Photo 1: the reality of what it's like everyday since the twins have arrived. Stuck to mum.

It's an understatement to call you a super woman. I'm allowed to call you my own little beast 😂

To give birth to all four of our boys is incredible, but knowing everything you've been through, especially with the twins, makes me admire you even more.

Here's to more love, laughter and absolute chaos with our four boys.

We love you so much! ❤️ by @rowzii_

BIRTH STORY

Falling pregnant was already a surprise for Roselene and me. Finding out we were having twins definitely humbled us 😂

The pregnancy had its challenges, but the final two weeks were something else. Roselene was in and out of hospital with high blood pressure, made more complicated by her congenital heart condition and the fact she was carrying two babies.

The Monday before the boys were born was probably the scariest part...

Roselene’s blood pressure hit 180 (normal is 120 and below) and a Code Blue was called. Suddenly the room filled with doctors, midwives and cardiology. I was asked to leave while they looked after her, and I remember standing outside genuinely confused and scared about wtf was happening...

Is my wife okay? Are the boys okay? Are we delivering them today?

The strangest part was Roselene felt completely fine. No real symptoms. Her blood pressure could be extremely high and then come back down, so even afterwards there were conversations with her cardiologist about what the readings meant, how much her heart condition was contributing, whether she needed medication, whether she should stay in hospital and how long they could safely give the twins to keep growing.

There wasn’t really a simple answer. Just a lot of monitoring and uncertainty.

Thankfully things settled enough for her to come home Tuesday.

Then at 1am Wednesday, Roselene woke me up.

“My water broke.”

Well... here we go 😂

Because of her heart condition, there were around 10 to 12 doctors, specialists and midwives there for the birth. Her blood pressure climbed back to 180 during labour, but after everything her body had already been through, she somehow stuck to her birth plan and delivered both boys naturally.

From a Code Blue and not knowing what was going to happen, to bringing both boys into the world less than 48 hours later.

Watching Roselene deliver two babies eight minutes apart after everything she had just been through is something I’ll never forget.

So bloody proud of you, babe! A beast (a lovely one 😜) of a woman! And I'm lucky and proud to call you my wife and mum to 4 beautiful boys! We love and will always appreciate you ♥️ by @rowzii_
