not the prettiest bookstore in London being on a little boat 😩🥹 10/10 recommend for your next trip, beautiful location and a vast selection of books despite the small place (old and new ones, and some beautiful collectors classic covers) ship ahoy!! ⛵️

It’s ✨ June✨! For this month we’re reading books with 🏳️‍🌈 representation, discovering new ones and re-reading some (which happens to be some of our favorite books ever (looking at you Evelyn Hugo and Priory 👀)) Have you read any of these? Which one of these, or any other queer book, is your favorite? Always looking for more!🙋🏻‍♀️

Recent queer 5⭐️:

- Sunburn by @chloemichelleh
- The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by @tjenkinsreid (Also possibly Atmosphere?? Reading now, VERY excited for this one!!)
- Lie with Me by @philippebessonauteur
- The Priory of the Orange tree by @say_shannon

Bonus mention: The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue (also one of our all time favorite books) by @veschwab (also NEED to pick up the latest book of her by the end of this month ahhh)
Recent discovery: Crier’s War by @ninavarelas_

oooops it’s been a hot minute!! but we have been reading a little to kick 2025 off right hehe 🥸 some recent books we really enjoyed were Sunrise on the Reaping («enjoyed» because it was just pain tbh), The Housemaid (little pageturner, the movie is gonna slap), Mickey 7 (the movie adaption was so fun too!!!) and Remarkably Bright Creatures (wholesome) for the bookclub ✨

also how pretty is the gold cover of Yellowface?? 😭
