“Embracing the butterflies and conquering my fears, for within lies the power to inspire and move hearts. I love This life and the thrilling moments that come with it! Here’s to chasing dreams, captivating moments, and the exhilarating journey of stepping onto the stage of possibility. #EmbraceYourStage #InspirationUnleashed #DreamChaser #ThrivingOnStage #PassionInMotion #UnleashYourPotential #LivingWithPurpose” by @roy_redd

Continuous effort – not strength or intelligence – is the key to unlocking our potential.” Don’t give up, Don’t stop, don’t listen to the haters. by @roy_redd

This “Bill Gates vs. Elon” exchange went viral. Neither of them posted it.

The real story is better: Elon didn’t found Tesla, he bought in. Gates didn’t write DOS, he bought it for ~$75K.

The biggest fortunes weren’t built from zero. They were bought, then scaled.

Startup: zero customers, zero revenue, banks won’t touch you.
Acquisition: cash flow day one, SBA will finance it, the seller often carries a note.

Same check. One’s a lottery ticket. One’s an asset.

Comment BUY and I’ll send you the deal checklist I use on live deals.

“Nobody saw the hours. Everybody sees the stage.”

They see the keynote. They didn’t see the 5am reading, the notes in the margins, the reps nobody clapped for. Intentional work compounds quietly, then shows up loudly. At the end of the day it comes down to who did the reps.

We take care of what we’re grateful for.

We neglect what we’re not.

That’s the whole game. Your business, your team, your health, your relationships all get stronger or weaker depending on whether you’re grateful for them.

Ungrateful people see problems. Grateful people see assets that need attention.

Gratitude isn’t a mood. It’s what turns problems into wins. #gratitude by @roy_redd
