Sleep is about much more than recovering from a workout. It helps your body repair, supports your mood and focus, and gives you the energy to manage everyday life.

100 AIR SQUATS FOR TIME! 🔥
What started as a small challenge for a few of my clients has turned into me putting myself to the test!
After challenging a few clients to complete 100 air squats for time, they started asking me, “Well, what's YOUR time?”
And then I realised… I hadn't actually done it myself! 😂
Lately, I've been making more of an effort to test myself on the basics. Simple, everyday movements that we should all be working towards being able to perform.
Because fitness isn't always about lifting heavy weights or doing complicated workouts. Sometimes it's about mastering the basics, moving well and challenging yourself.
So here's your challenge: 100 AIR SQUATS FOR TIME!
Give it a go, record your time and drop it in the comments! 👇
And trust me… this one isn't quite as easy as the 100 sit-ups! 🥵
I've got a few more challenges lined up, but YOU get to choose what's next!
🔥 Max burpees in 1 minute
💪 Max unbroken pull-ups
🚴 50-calorie Assault Bike for time
Which one should I tackle next? Comment below!
Keep moving. Keep challenging yourself. Keep getting better.

SOCIAL MEDIA SHOWS THE HIGHLIGHTS. NOT THE MISSES. 🏋️

We all love posting the perfect lift, the new PB, the moments when everything comes together.

But what about all the failed attempts that got us there?

The missed lifts. The frustration. The days when things just don't click.

THAT'S PART OF THE PROCESS.

Everybody fails. Even the best athletes in the world.

What matters is what you do next.

Learn from it. Make adjustments. Keep showing up. Keep putting in the work.

Because progress isn't about getting it right every time. It's about getting a little better each time you try.

Don't be afraid to fail. Be afraid to stop trying.

Stay committed to the process.

Hard work. Consistency. Dedication. 💪
We couldn't be prouder of Tanya and the progress she's made!
Her journey is a reminder that results don't happen overnight. They come from showing up, putting in the work, trusting the process and staying committed, even when it's tough.
Tanya, we're incredibly proud of your dedication and the effort you've put into becoming stronger, more confident and capable. 👏
Keep showing up. Keep growing. The results will follow.

🚨 STOP JUST WALKING ON YOUR HANDS… START TRAINING TO GET BETTER AT IT! 🤸‍♂️
Want to improve your handstand walking? Then it's time to focus on the drills that actually build the skill!
Progress doesn't come from simply attempting the full movement over and over again.
It's about breaking the movement down, building strength, developing control and mastering the fundamentals.

The small details make a BIG difference!

Practise with purpose. Focus on quality. Stay consistent.
Every drill has a purpose, and understanding WHY you're doing it is just as important as doing it.

This is just a teaser!

We'll be breaking down these drills soon, explaining what to focus on, why they matter and how they can help take your handstand walking to the next level.
Don't just practise the skill. Train the pieces that build it!

I tried this the other day.. after giving it to 1 of my clients they asked me how fast do you do 100 situps ?
I cant remember the last time I did it so I thought I'd give it a go... its nothing fancy, very effective and not time consuming at all... give it a go and let me know your time 💪 #simpleandeffective #movement #fitness by @rstfitness_

Working long hours at your desk? Your body deserves a reset. 🙌
You don’t need an hour-long workout. You don’t even need to leave your desk.
Take 5 minutes. Get some blood flowing. Stretch. Move. Breathe. Give your body and mind a chance to reset.
Start small. Build momentum. Create habits that actually fit into your day.
Because productivity means very little if your health is taking a back seat.
Take care of your body. Take care of your mind. Keep moving.
There’s plenty more to follow in our Desk & Chair Flow Programme on the RST Fitness App — simple routines designed to help you move and feel better, right from your desk.
