These are #octaviablake aka #skairipa aka #blodreina from #the100 inspired nails 🖤 I took inspiration from blodreina’s cool costume, the 100’s poster of them falling, skairipa’s face paint, the famous “jus drein, jus daun” (blood must have blood) phrase, and her very famous choose scene!!

Pete the Cat is one groovy dude 🎶🎸🐤💙

This is part 6 of my #halloween2026 series where I match nails to halloween costume ideas. I‘ve read quite a few #petethecat books and they’re pretty entertaining and chill! The best part of these nails is that the designs don’t have to be perfect and crisp!

Don’t go breaking my heart 🩵🎶

This is part 5 of my #halloween2026 series where I match nails to halloween costume ideas. I rewatched Ella Enchanted for the 1 millionth while initially doing these nails and ugh I love it so much. While these weren’t my original idea for this look, I still like this! Inspiration for these #ellaenchanted nails came from her locket, movie poster blue coloring, hall of mirrors, her cloak, Benny, and the gold and vine accents 💚💛

All eyes on me let me see em 🎶⚓️ 🩵

This is part 5 of my #halloween series where I match nails to halloween costume ideas. This glow in the dark nail look had me singing the whole time! China Anne McClain’s songs rule this time of year!

Inspiration for these #umadescendants nails came from her necklace’s pendant, her cecaelia transformation, and the various sea shells, netting, and starfish in her costuming 🏴‍☠️🐚

Beware of Rackmaw as they stalk and then strike… ⚠️🫣

✨paid for swatching only, no obligations to post. Opinions are my own ✨

Stalk and Strike by @hyenalacquer are coming to November’s Little Lacquer Box and may I say…. these are absolutely worth it all.

Stalk is a charcoal crelly with blue shimmer and green micro flakes that represent the eyes of the beast lurking in the trees… 👁️

Strike is an olive green jelly with a copper gold magnetic pull and red micro flakes that mimic your blood during the inevitable….

Each polish shown in 3 layers (besides magnetized strike)

Which one will you be picking up?

Ahhh I think these Mad Hatter inspired nails are my absolute favorite! 🎩🧵⏰🕳️🫶🏾

They took many hours and I couldn’t stop shaking at the end 😅
I’m still trying to figure out the best set up for filming my nail art and it has greatly discouraged me as my current set up either compromises my lighting or my line of sight thus quality… I don’t know how everyone does it and I’m sure I will figure it out eventually but I would be most thankful and open to any & all suggestions!! 🙏🏾🤗

I used a peely base and did these nails late at night so by the morning, the edges were lifting so I couldn’t get outdoor pics so enjoy my low quality pic holding my sweet Chance’s paw 😅

💅🏾Polishes worn:
@opi : Alpaca my bags, Blinded by the ring light, Espresso your inner self, Reality check ya out,
Rated pea-g, Less is Norse
@holotaco : Just Vamping, Teal no lies, Ginger snatched, OCB, glossy top coat, peely base
Pop Arazzi: Rustic Caramel, Bee Optimistic, Crimson Couture, Dancing in the Meadow, Plum Crazy
@sally_hansen : Hard to get and Time Wamrth
@hyenalacquer : Municipal Waste*, Sulfur Bloom*
@crackedpolish : Chasing Calm and 23 Flavors
@moodyhueslacquer : Soft Reset*
@essie : In the Cab-Ana

Happy Happy Birthday @simplynailogical !!!! 🥳

For this celebration, I recreated one of her nail art videos from 11 years ago! The title is “Glowing halloween rouen gradient cat nail art” for those who want to check it out! Instead of orange, I used Moonlight Sacrifice from the #holotacoxsafiyavol2 collection!! They aren’t perfect especially as my branches are a little thick and in abundance (and i could only fit one cat lol) but I had fun and watched sooooo many older videos while I reminisced.

I randomly found simply’s videos when I was struggling in college and have been obsessed ever since. Thanks to Simply, I began to express my silliness a bit more, was encouraged to go to grad school, and grow from a casual drugstore polish lover to a full blown polish addict!! I couldn’t be more happier!!
Thank you to Cristine who I hope has the bestest of days and can feel our support & love (in a nonparasocial creepy way ofc) Happy birthday Holo Queen!!! 💿🤩🦐🥳

Thank you to the great hosts of this celebration collab and for allowing me to participate @nailing_painting @holo.enthusiast @melonnailart

My very first gifted pr (no obligations to post or anything) and I am BEAMING! 🥹 Thank you so very much to @moodyhueslacquer for these polishes, my very first thermals!! 💜 Being that these are my first thermals, it wasn’t until after I put on the 2nd polish that I started to get a better understanding of how to work with them 😅. My hands run cold so there were some hurdles to cross but I still wanted to share some of the pics I managed to get of ~most~ of them in thermal action!

All of these polishes are soooo pretty and the whole collection is so cohesive & elegant. The Ritual of Recovery collection makes its debut on Oct. 16 💞

And yes, there are water droplets on my hands as I had to dip my hands in warm water and run outside to get some desired colors 😅

Polishes in order:
•The Gentle Cup
•The Gilded Page
•The Listening Hour
•The Morning Mile
•Soft Reset
•Keep Calm & Carve

Each polish shown in 2-3 coats and topped with a QDTC

(paid pr) This gorgeous green magnetic polish is Penicillium 💚 I absolutely love & respect magnetic polishes that can hold their own both unmagnetized and magnetized and I personally believe this is THAT polish!! 🤩

Penicillium by @hyenalacquer is a blue-teal creme based magnetic with a sharp green pull and a secondary blue aura.

Penicillium is part of Hyena Lacquer’s Worm Food collection launching on October 2nd at 5pm ET 🪱🗓️

Shown in 2 coats (both in magnetized & unmagnetized) and topped with a QDTC

I can’t wait to see what you pick up! 💚
