When the right support is in place, everyone gets to do their job better. 🤍✨

We believe seamless events are built on more than beautiful details. They require reliable communication, time-consciousness, and a team that knows how to support both the client and the vendors behind the scenes.

This beautiful feedback from a bridal hair stylist is a reminder of why we do what we do.

At Rubégance Events & Concierge, we handle the details, coordinate the moving parts, and provide the support needed to make your event experience smoother.

Many people hear "event concierge" and think
isn't that just a planner?

Not quite. 🤍

A planner creates your event.
A concierge makes sure you enjoy it.

That's exactly what we do at Rubégance Events Concierge.

We step in behind the scenes so nothing
reaches you except the good moments. ✨
