The Storm race never disappoints!⚡️
The final race of the @uk.ocr series and a shock 2nd place for me! 🥈
I came into the sprint finish with all my bands expecting to cross the line in 3rd. Then I hear someone shout Becky's name cheering her on as she completed her final penalty loop! I looked back over my shoulder, which felt like a double take and was like fuck!🤯 You need to find a kick and shift into sprint mode😅 the final obstacle in my way was the over under hurdles, I literally ran as fast as I could towards them and full sent myself over then rolled under the next one and made a dash towards the corner of the home straight and ran for that finish line! 🤸🏾‍♀️
What a way to end the season from 400m all the way up to 50k race! 🙏🏾

Massive shoutout to @ukocr.izzyx 🥇You crushed it out there!💪🏾 This is the 1st of many 1st in the Elite UK ocr series for you, !🙌🏾

Also @therunnerbeanuk 🥉 You are the overall Queen of the series!👑 and what a season you have had thoroughly deserved!💪🏾🔥

This was a standout moment for me back at @torstrophy a few months ago, not the race overall but just the little moment. At the start of the day I told myself to just try keep up with @drescher_ocr as he was in each of my waves. On the North Pole rig, I fumbled transitioning under the cargo net and I began to see myself falling behind. I knew I had to commit and go for a big move to keep up, which fortunately landed and bought me back some time. I was now in the lead, which I did not expect, and took me by surprise. I could feel both Jonas and @holasek_ocr right behind so I had to just go with it.

Thanks to @meganaurora_ @jonathanptstiig for the commentary.

I've already confirmed I'll be racing next year in August, and if you haven't done, head to @torstrophy and get booking! They've got some new things coming.

OPP 400 - Race 3!
The finals run to take 1st place!🥇
This was the 4th run of the day and I just felt so good, this was my smoothest run, I just flowed and set my fastest time of the day!
It's a 400m course like no other a test of speed, agility, strength and grip endurance. Nothing out there impossible to do but test how much you can endure. It will highlight how conditioned your grip endurance is especially to keep pushing through the rounds.
So of course it's my cup of tea!😉
Im looking forward to season 3 @obstacleplaypark roll on 2027!
Hopefully also features again in the @ocrsprintuk series again!

The @ocrwc2026ireland are over...

The over riding feeling is one of pride...exhaustion and positive relief. The community came together and highlighted how one mans disappointment does not define the overiding feeling of what a Championship means to the people taking part.

What I can tell you is that personally I witnessed a highly competitive world championship take place with some of the most epic moments. The ladies 100m semi final tension. Danne falling in the 400m final to get up and win. Jesse taking a chance to put himself in the mix and slipping by the finest margin.

I witnessed the UK step up and support me in the @spartanraceireland when we were expecting a full team of TOs from the morning only for them to disappear by lunch.

I saw brilliant smiles and communities coming together. I saw people make the most of the opportunity to represent their country. I saw a company host for the first time ever a 400m discipline at the world championship.

I saw every single person in the event crew working their arse off to make the champs a success with unprecedented challenges put upon them. These people grafted...and not for financial gain but because they cared about doing it the best they could.

Dont believe all of the sh*t you hear. Ill say nothing else online.

I worked harder then ive ever worked before to help make something on that course feel special...feel worthy...my body is broken. My mind is tired. Notoriously I risk my own long term mental health when I push this hard to deliver something and so I choose carefully who I work for in doing so....that will tell you how much I believed in the people I was working with. Ill stand as a shield if I need to.

I want to point out @liammurrow who helped me get the Spartan ready for the Sunday when my days focusing on that as my job role turned to only hours. I want to thank @hillyejo in particular for holding my business together while I did so. I would be screwed without that man. It is an honour to have him as a friend.

Thanks to all for the lovely messages thanking me for my part in it all. It means so much to just hear a thank you. The effort becomes all that much more worthy and validated. by @rumblefitness_uk

Yesterday was the Elite 3k @ocrwc2026ireland ✅️
It was fast as fuck boi, I however was not fast, im still not firing on all cylinders but pushed as hard as I could. I gave 100% of what I had to give and had a clean race overall good. Now we go again today on the Standard course and give it my best and hope the body cooperates!.. Pray for me!🙏🏾

We have tomorrows class on in the morning but we will then be closed until Monday where we return in the evening. This is to support our team out at the World Championship in Ireland. Have the best weekend and if you can send some love to our team mates competing. Thank you all at home for the support you show us. See you all soon! by @rumblefitness_uk
