Launching November with three of my favorite fellow run coaches with: WHAT IS SOMETHING THEY DIDNT TELL YOU ABOUT BECOMING A RUN COACH?

And literally, there’s levity and seriousness in here.. it’s truth and transparency that AI simply cannot give you.

We care, we do a lot of calculations, and most importantly, we love.

Shout out to all of the badass athletes who work with us, trust us, and run alongside us. We love you!

In this episode Stephanie speaks with Dr. Kimberly Melvan (@runcoachpt) about moving from running-as-punishment to running-as-part-of-an-active-lifestyle, starting a new business, the importance of support, and the marathon memory that was about being strong and loved enough to finish.

So grateful for the little wins lately. 🤍 Being able to run, sit back into child’s pose in Pilates, and chase my kids around the house without pain are things I don’t take for granted anymore. 🥹

Still a work in progress, but celebrating every step forward. Sometimes the little things are the big things. 🙏🏼✨ by @runcoachpt

Excited to be featured in Runner’s World! 🏃‍♀️
I had the opportunity to share my expertise on tendon health and what runners need to know about keeping their tendons healthy, managing injuries, and staying on the run.
As a physical therapist specializing in running injuries, I love helping runners better understand their bodies and make informed decisions about their training and recovery.

🇨🇦 Banff! This city was super family friendly, walkable, runable, hikeable…you name it you can do it here! Some smoke from the fires 🔥 towards the end of the week but still amazing views 🏔️ by @runcoachpt

🏃🏻‍♀️ I made so much progress in the last year with regards to my knee pain and I’m just happy to share that I feel like there’s a light at the end of the tunnel. ⏰ At this time last year, I could barely sit without having pain in my knee and now I’m able to run outside with minimal discomfort. I still have a lot of room for improvement, but I’m thankful to all of the healthcare providers that have helped me get to this point. 🧑🏻‍⚕️ So special shout out to @giorgionegronmd who did my PRP injection, @mvmt_mthd who’s been doing shockwave therapy and helping me talk through my rehab and @abundantwellnessandbeauty for the peptides!
🏠 It truly takes a village so if you are dealing with an injury and feeling down or frustrated please reach out! If I’m not the right person to help you I can definitely point you 👉🏼 in the right direction. 🙏🏼 by @runcoachpt
