Emotions are contagious. You could make someone's day by spreading joy, peace, love or can spread hate, fear, distrust. What are you spreading? Positive or negative emotions?

FYI according to an article by Edward-Elmhust Health, “studies suggest that moods may be as easy to catch as their germs. You can be infected by someone’s happiness — or sadness.”

Going to make it a habit of taking @genucan for energy and @drinklmnt electrolytes for hydration before and during long ranch work days to finish strong and not too fatigued by the end of the day and ready for a run before sunrise tomorrow.

Met up with Coach Maggie-Chen Roper at Star Bucks full with mixed emotions; it is always a pleasure talking to her in person and she’s been a great coach to me from day one. Trust me guys, she’s smart and knows what’s she’s doing when it comes to coaching. That meeting was also my way of saying goodbye to her as she and her family will be moving to Utah. We will still stay in touch as she will continue to guide me to become a better runner. Maggie, thank you for helping me push myself on days when I needed your helpful support. Good luck to you and your family in this new chapter in your lives!
