POSTS STORIES REELS

My planner says “Pace the Day” on the cover. I chose it as a daily reminder that each hour of the day can look different just like each mile. Good or bad!

I care deeply about becoming a better runner. But running is so much more too. It has been safety, joy, routine, community, and somewhere familiar to return when life straight up sucks.

I also care about my career, travel, relationships, rest, and being a whole person outside of training. The goal is not to balance everything perfectly. It is to know what needs my energy today, adjust when life changes the plan, and keep moving without treating one imperfect day like a failure.

Running is an important part of my life because of what it gives me, not because it is the only part that matters. That is what Pace the Day means to me.

If that resonates with you, WELCOME!

Three years ago, on #GlobalRunningDay, I shared my why for running. So many chapters continue to get written, so here is the annual update.

For the past 18 months, With Endurance With Purpose run coaching has been growing steadfastly through word of mouth, and I’m so grateful for my OG athletes who trusted me from the beginning. I’m so excited to share this broadly now.

I earned my UESCA run coach certification the night before running a marathon (very Holly of me), and since then, I’ve been deliberately focused on guiding runners from their very first miles to Boston Marathon qualifying times. That specific journey—beginners to BQ—is where this focus lies.

But here’s what matters most to me: keeping running as a part of your life, not your whole life. Balance. Priority. Purpose. You have work, family, responsibilities, and dreams outside of running. My job is to help you reach your goals while honoring everything else that makes you, YOU.

No contracts. Fully customized plans. Real coaching for real lives. Where the athlete is always the one in focus.

If you’re ready to grow your endurance and honor your purpose, let’s run together. 🏃‍♀️

I don’t think I’ve stopped beaming for the last 24 hours after finding out I’ll be part of @believeintherun x @featherstonenutrition x @asicsrunning LA 100 for their second year.

100 women of all different racing backgrounds, and most importantly, life experiences, coming together to run the @lamarathon. I know the women from the first year of the program LOVED it, and that’s what inspired me to apply this year.

Past 100, tell me more about your favorite part! And where are the other 99 for this year?

If you were a gymnast or parent of gymnast in the 90s-early 2000s, you too may be entitled to compensation for the damage the Level 4 floor music may have done to you.

Thanks for being willing to relive your trauma, @ge_msu.
