So #thankfulgratefulblessed to have had Thanksgiving enjoying the trails I have shared with my mom for almost 40years. #memoriesformiles and #adventuringintolife like we have done many times. #thesearethemoments #gratefuleveryday by @runnermakingmemories

#thankyouforbeing @mcwhclan So proud of you! Thank you. You are an inspiration and a good human who is smart, classy and a little bit smart-assy… Thank you @dirtyfeetraces for another great event. Miss this!!

Toddler full day training today. All the outside, notice everything and don’t stop moving! Feeling truly blessed and so very grateful. #gratefuleveryday #memoriesformiles #funfirst #makememories #adventuringindie by @runnermakingmemories

10km remembering that being able to run is a gift and getting my @impactmagcanada virtual mileage done while ensuring I’m somewhat ready to run with @mcwhclan at the @dirtyfeetraces . Life has been chaos and I am so grateful that we were able to take a couple hours for me to “just run.” #gratefuleveryday #adventuringintolife #smilesformiles #dowhatmovesyou #runningismyfavourite by @runnermakingmemories

Out on my big track today for 4 loops…few distractions, grouse, deer, chipmunks and the neighbours dogs made the laps more interesting and the run fun.

When your granddaughter joins you for your run and helps you with the “We will rock you “ challenge sent by @movementandmoments it truly is a great day! Thank you @andreagoesadventuring .

Just one hot km before the end of the day. One is better than none! #gratefuleveryday #adventuringintolife #dowhatmovesyou #runningismyfavourite by @runnermakingmemories

Make a run for it!
6km loops thinking about running with friends. #runningismyfavourite but running with friends makes my steps lighter. So much easier to say yes to a run when you’re meeting up for #smilesformiles. Staying focused so I’m at least kinda prepared for @dirtyfeetraces
Took my virtual run shirt for its first run. Thanks @runningonpoppunk

Had fun this morning running virtually with @runningonpoppunk in my heart. Hope the #runforrecovery2026 in Nanaimo was a wonderful success! #gratefuleveryday #adventuringintolife #smilesformiles #memoriesformiles by @runnermakingmemories
