Run with the Dawn Everyone starts somewhere. I’m not a runner. I’m just someone who decided to lace up my shoes and see what I was capable of. Right now, I’m training for my first half marathon, and I want to document the entire experience. Not just the race, but every sunrise run, every difficult workout, every small victory, and every lesson learned along the way. If you’ve ever thought, “I should start running,” this is your invitation. Whether your goal is your first mile, your first 5K, your first marathon, or simply becoming a healthier version of yourself, we’re all working towards something and it’s about showing up to get there. So tomorrow…Run with the Dawn. Get Up. Get Out. Get Moving by @runwiththedawn

The goal is to cross the finish line!! It doesn’t matter when, what, where, how or why…As long as you get up, get out and get moving, we are all the same. Reach your goals and take it one step at a time!!! LFG!!! Fast Bois Represent!!! by @runwiththedawn
Up On those days, when you finally pull yourself up out of the darkness. When you start the grind, and fight through the struggle. When you finally accomplish what you set out to do. Those days, are the days of greatest joy, because you overcame your own inhibition and rose to the effort to accomplish your goals. Get Up. Get Out. Get Moving #training #marathon #run #dawn by @runwiththedawn
