Hi everyone! So happy you’re here! ✨🫶🏾

Thought I’d introduce myself and why I started this running/fitness journey.

My name is Stephanie and i’m a SAHM to two beautiful baby girls 💕

Motherhood is the most rewarding yet hardest thing I have ever done. It was always so easy to put myself on the back burner and give my all to my family whom I love and adore. But along the way I forgot who I was and what I am capable of which is why I began my journey.

Starting over was the hardest. I couldn’t even jog for 5 minutes without stopping. There were so many days I wanted to give up and I’d ask myself why I even began in the first place. BUT once I pushed through that mental block - I was in it for the long run.

I fell in love with running because not only did it challenge myself beyond limits (still is tbh) but it gave me so much confidence and reminded me that I AM THAT GIRL🤪😂 jk but seriously.
I can still remember that feeling I had when I ran one whole mile without stopping. I felt like I was on top of the world.

Long story short. It’s never too late to start! I was inspired by so many beautiful moms on here going through the same journey and it was nice to know I was not alone.
My goal is to build a community where we can all reach out, support, and motivate one another 💕

Always remember, self love is NOT selfish 🫶🏾💕 #running #selflove #halfmarathontraining #momssupportingmoms #runningmotivation by @runwsteph

Shot out to all the super moms who keep showing up for themselves no matter what - Through the sleepless nights, the rough mornings when it’s hard to roll out of bed, to the days that feel like it’s never ending.

We are truly bad ass!

There were days where I would look in the mirror and not even recognize the person staring back at me. I had lost myself completely.

Although I started my journey 4 months ago now, (and it has not been easy to say the least) I am truly happy I gave myself a second chance to learn how to love myself again 🫶🏾☺️✨

Hoping this post reaches someone who needs to hear the words: There IS LIGHT at the end of the tunnel and ALL your hard work WILL pay off one day. Don’t give up! 💕 #motivation #running #momssupportingmoms #postpartumfitness by @runwsteph
