Training harder then I ever have before. Pushing to new heights and new limits. Working on being the dancer I want to be physically and mentally. I’ve been quiet, but so much has been happening behind the scenes. Thankful for my teachers, my teammates, and my studio. 🫶🏻💙🩷🖤

Their lane is theirs. Your art is yours. And there is something pretty dang unstoppable about a dancer who walks into the room thinking less about “How do I beat them?” And more about….

“I freaking love doing this.”

That’s an Embodied Dancer. 🤍🦋
