People will talk regardless 🙂 by @ryankcutz

We are people too. We laugh, we have family’s, lives of our own. Some clients only see us for 20 minutes a week and don’t truely know who we are. by @ryankcutz

Addiction doesn’t always look like rock bottom.
Sometimes it looks like smiling in photos while silently losing yourself behind the scenes.

I’m not posting this for sympathy, attention, or for people to feel sorry for me. I’m posting it because I know there’s someone out there fighting battles in their own head, convinced they’re too far gone to change. You’re not.

The person on the top and the person I’m becoming now are proof that your life can change when your mindset changes. Recovery isn’t clean, motivation isn’t constant, and healing doesn’t happen overnight — but if you keep showing up for yourself, even on the hardest days, things do get better.

No matter how lost, numb, addicted, broken, or exhausted you feel right now, never give up on yourself. The mind is powerful, and once you decide you want a better life more than temporary escape, everything starts to change.

This isn’t a sympathy post.
It’s a reminder that you can survive things you once thought would destroy you. Keep going. by @ryankcutz
