🚨MY GUY LOST 24LBS AND DROPPED 7% BODY FAT IN 90 DAYS‼️

🗣️NATE APPLIED WHAT I TOLD HIM AND STARTED GETTING MASSIVE RESULTS‼️

•HIS WORDS: @nathanielwdeal

“I am thrilled to share my incredible experience working with Ryan as my personal trainer on my weight loss journey. From the moment I began on this fitness adventure, he showed me the path to healthy eating and fat-burning exercises that proved to have drastic results in a short amount of time.

His comprehensive approach to fitness sets Ryan apart. Instead of focusing solely on exercise routines, he took the time to adapt to my lifestyle, dietary habits, and overall well-being. This holistic perspective allowed me to develop a realistic and sustainable plan for long-term success.

Ryan provided invaluable guidance on nutrition, helping me make healthier choices without feeling deprived. And his motivational pep talks were constant reminders of my progress, instilling confidence and determination.

In conclusion, I highly recommend Ryan to anyone seeking a personal trainer who goes above and beyond. I'm not saying it will be easy, but nothing worth doing ever is. If you're motivated and willing to choose purpose over pleasure, call Ryan. You won't be disappointed.”
