Patuxai, Vientiane 🇱🇦

Laos’ own take on the Arc de Triomphe, standing right in the heart of the capital. Built to honour those who fought for the country’s independence from France.

Different country. Different story. Same reminder: sometimes you have to step outside your world to see it differently. 🌍

📍 Pha That Luang, Vientiane, Laos 🇱🇦

One of Laos’ most sacred Buddhist sites and easily one of those places that makes you stop and go, “Okay… I’m definitely not in Jamaica anymore.” 😂

I walked in curious about the place and left thinking about people.

The world is big. Cultures are beautifully different. But spend enough time listening, observing and being genuinely curious, and you realize we’re not nearly as different as we sometimes think.

Maybe that’s one of travel’s greatest gifts: it turns “different” from something strange into something worth understanding.

Different culture. Shared humanity. 🌏 by @ryanocampbell

The older I get, the less I need to prove.

I've learned that not every battle deserves my energy, and not every opinion deserves my attention.

Protect your peace. Do good. Love people. Trust God.

The rest has a way of working itself out.

Here's to another year. by @ryanocampbell

Sometimes you just need one moment to remind you how good life can be. This beautiful cay was that moment for me.

Grateful for views that calm the mind and lift the soul.

If you needed a little beauty today, here it is! by @ryanocampbell

Over the last few days I have watched something beautiful happen in the middle of devastation. Our team showed up. Not because it was easy, not because it was convenient, but because people needed help and they answered that call without hesitation.

Roof by roof, yard by yard, home by home, I saw compassion turn into action. Our staff cleared debris, tarped damaged houses, repaired roofs with zinc, carried supplies, shared meals, prayed with families, and offered comfort in moments when words barely felt enough. They gave their time, their strength, their energy, and their hearts.

What moved me most was how quietly they served. No spotlight. No applause. Just love in motion. Humanity at its best.

Hurricane Melissa took so much from so many, but this week reminded me of something storms can never destroy. The courage of people who refuse to let their neighbors suffer alone.

If you ever needed a reason to believe that kindness still exists, I saw it in Harmons. I saw it in St. Elizabeth. I saw it in every single person who showed up.

Grateful. Inspired. Humbled. And reminded that real change happens when ordinary people decide they are willing to care. by @ryanocampbell

Connection is at the heart of everything we do. Grateful for every life touched, every partnership formed, and the love that unites us across borders. 💙

A former boss once told me that one of his biggest regrets was working 15 years straight before ever taking a vacation. Why he did that still beats me. But his story left a mark on me.

I’ve learned that rest is not optional, it is essential. Over the years I’ve made it a priority to step away from the rigors of work, to pause, breathe, and renew.

This past week I got the chance to do just that, spending time with my second family. Laughter, love, and a whole lot of food. I came back a few pounds heavier, but I’ve got a couple months to shake it off before Thanksgiving and Christmas. Lol!

Grateful for the reminder that time off is not wasted time, it is invested time! by @ryanocampbell

Good People are still out there!

Negril this weekend was a whole journey. Hours stuck in traffic after a major accident, finding backroads with the help of strangers, then a punctured tire in the middle of the night.

And here is the wild part. People literally left their homes to stand in the middle of the road, pointing the way for drivers they did not even know. Later that night, someone noticed I was struggling, asked if I needed help, fixed my tire, and refused to take a tip.

It hits different being on the receiving end. I see acts of service all the time in my work, but moments like that remind me how much it matters.

I came back from Negril refreshed and renewed. A little broker, sure, but way more filled! Someone once said, ‘Travel. Your money will come back but your time won’t.’

Sometimes the best thing you bring home from a trip is not what you bought, it is what you felt! by @ryanocampbell

Some of these pictures have been sitting in my gallery for months, dusty, unposted, and lowkey waiting for their moment. Today felt like the right time.

It’s my birthday, and before the cake and calls, I’m just sitting here reflecting... because wow, God’s been ridiculously good to me!

Some of these pics hold laughter. Some hold stories maybe you'll never hear. And some? They’re just proof that I survived a season I wasn’t sure I’d get through.

I’ve messed up. I’ve grown up. I’ve glowed up (at least in the right lighting, lol.) But through it all, God’s grace has never missed a beat.

So here’s to another year of purpose, lessons, unposted memories, and moments that remind me I’m still becoming.

After all the BMT excitement, we hit the River Walk to unwind, take in the sights, and laugh our way through San Antonio. Good food, cool views, and even better company. Needed this day!
