I’ve made millions in sales commissions.
Now I’m here to help you do the same.

POSTS STORIES REELS

I became a millionaire at 27.

And here’s what I know after 10 years of selling, building, winning, losing, rebuilding, and growing:

Money alone will not make you successful.

You need skill.
You need discipline.
You need the right environment.
You need standards.
You need faith.
And you need a purpose bigger than yourself.

I spent years chasing money, recognition, and proof that I was winning, proof that I was enough, seeking self validation and validation from others.

Now I wake up every day asking God:

How do You want to use me today?
Who can I help?
How can I serve?
How can I do Your will?

Now I only seek Gods approval.

That shift changed everything.

I still believe in winning big.

I still believe in making money.

I still believe in becoming exceptional.

But success becomes far more powerful when your gifts, experience, and results are used to serve other people.

Meaningful work and fulfillment comes from a place a service, when you realize we are here to grow so that we have something to give.

These are lessons I paid for with years of experience.

I am taking everything I’ve learned from 10 years in sales, making millions, making mistakes, losing, rebuilding, growing, and figuring out who I actually want to become— to help other people shorten their learning curve.

If you’re building your career, business, finances, confidence, or your life right now, I hope one of these lessons saves you a few years of pain.

Learn them now, and you can save yourself a lot of wasted time.

Save this post.

And comment the lesson that hit you hardest or even better share a personal life lesson you’d like to share to help someone else. 👇 by @ryansalespro

It wasn’t to long ago when I used to work 18 hours a day cleaning 🧼 bathrooms 🚽, mopping floors, doing landscaping and washing windows at office buildings.

While I cleaned and drove my car that always broke down, instead of listening to music I listened to books .📚 Books about improving yourself, about positive thinking and achieving your dreams and how to be successful. I didn’t let my present circumstances define my future.

It doesn’t matter where you start, what matters is where you end up and what you’re willing to do to get there, the sacrifices and risks you’re willing to take. Humble beginnings. #howitstarted by @ryansalespro

One of the highlights of this past year was when I had the great privilege of Gifting my father with a new car. Up until this point he’s always driven cheap cars worth $500 that always broken down. My mother who passed away a couple years ago also never had money and the chance to experience the finer things in life.

People will tell you “money won’t make you happy” or “money isn’t everything” but I can tell you there’s no greater feeling then doing something for someone that they wouldn’t be able to do for themselves.

Money might not make you happy but it will give you the ability to help those in need. To help the less fortunate. “success is getting what you want. Fulfillment is giving what you have”

If you’re struggling to find a reason to work hard and show up everyday don’t do it for yourself do it for others. People will quit on themselves long before they will quit on others. Find your why. I hope this inspires someone here to do the same for someone you love.

“Aspire to be a superhero. Not a normal person with a bigger house and nicer car.

You can have 10M right now but if your life is average, no powerful brothers to call on and you're physically weak, you're just a rich loser, instead of a poor one.

Money is not the goal, power is.

Remember most successful people didn't enjoy doing what made them successful. However, they enjoyed being good at whatever they were doing.

Why do something and not try? Why do something and not be the best?

Winners understand this. Losers do not.

The quitter is the most useless class of man. Completely useless.

He could be the most talented man. God could have blessed this man with absolutely every single talent and gift possible.

And with all these gifts, if he is a quitter, he'd still be brutally unremarkable.”

Think of all the amazing things you could've accomplished by now if you weren't so brutally lazy. Imagine all the time you wasted, every opportunity you let pass by, all the good advice you arrogantly ignored.

If you were your creator, would you not be disgusted as well?”

Hard take: passive income is a distraction until your active income is big enough to matter.

Most people want to learn how to multiply money before they’ve learned how to earn it. They watch hours of content on investing, real estate, dividends, and side streams, while their income sits at the same number it’s been at for three years. You can’t multiply what you don’t have.

The people who get rich produce revenue first. They don’t get rich by making small investments over time. They get there by earning big, then putting it to work.

So here’s my rule: spend 10% of your time on expenses, and put the other 90% into earning more.

That means upgrading your skills, your mindset, and your habits. Launching the business. Creating the opportunity. Cutting the vices that keep you small. Changing your environment, your friend group, and the people you work around. Becoming the best version of yourself, because that person earns more.

Most people don’t have a spending problem. They have an income problem.

Set a floor of $250K a year. Then stack your first $100K, then $500K, then your first $1 million in net worth to prove you’ve got the discipline to keep it. Then multiply it.

Earn first. Keep it. Then multiply it. In that order.

There’s a saying: if you’re born poor, it’s not your fault. But if you die poor, it becomes your responsibility.

Harsh? Maybe. But look at the world we live in. If you have internet access, you have more free education, tools, and opportunity than almost any generation in history. That comes with an obligation to chase success. Success is your duty.

And life is expensive. About two-thirds of American households live paycheck to paycheck. Raising a child now costs over $300,000. Childcare alone averages over $13,000 a year. Wages grew 3.6% over the last year while prices rose 3.8%. You can work hard, do everything “right,” and still go backward.

That’s why getting rich is no longer optional. Money has to become a priority.

Not the first priority. Health comes first. God. Your relationships. Making memories, serving others, giving back. But right alongside all of that, you need to chase financial freedom, because freedom is what lets you protect everything else.

Most people will never tell you a million dollars is possible. I will. I had no handouts, no favors, no head start. I changed my life with a decision, new habits, a new environment, new skills, and by getting rejected and falling on my face again and again until it worked. I’ve had multiple seven-figure years in a row.

If I did it, you can. Make the decision.

You can be broke and happy. For a while.

Until the phone rings. A death in the family. A health scare with someone you love. A bill you can’t cover. Suddenly the peace you called a lifestyle was just a lack of pressure, and pressure is coming for everyone.

People hate hearing this, but the research backs it up. One major study of over 33,000 adults found that happiness keeps rising with income, well past the $100K mark. The researchers also found that a greater sense of control over your life explains most of the connection. That’s exactly what I mean by freedom: the power to choose, to handle what hits you, to say yes to the people you love without checking your bank account first.

One of the most overused lines in the world is “money won’t make you happy.” Maybe it won’t make you happy, but lacking it creates problems that make everything else harder. Born broke isn’t the issue. Staying broke is.

To be clear, money isn’t everything. It won’t heal grief. It won’t fix a broken heart. I’ve made millions and still felt empty until I put the right things first: God, my daughter, and the right people.

But pretending it doesn’t matter is a luxury for people who haven’t had to choose between a hospital bill and a mortgage.

So go after the bigger target. Build the financial freedom now, while life is calm, so you’re ready when it isn’t.

I want to see you win. Not “good luck with that.” I want to watch you earn your first million, and I’ll be cheering when you do.

Now the harder question: who around you can honestly say the same?

Try this. Next time you share a big goal, watch the faces. Some people lean in and ask how they can help. Some go quiet. Some crack a joke. Some start listing all the reasons it won’t work. Their reaction tells you everything you need to know about whether they want you to win.

Here’s a simple audit:

1. Who celebrates your wins louder than their own?
2. Who tells you the truth even when it’s uncomfortable?
3. Who leaves you with more energy than you walked in with?
4. Who makes you want to raise your standard just by being around them?

Anyone who can’t answer yes to most of those isn’t necessarily a bad person. They might just be the wrong influence for the person you’re becoming.

And don’t forget your phone. The accounts you follow and the voices you let into your head every day count as part of your circle. If your feed is full of people who make you feel behind, small, or distracted, it’s time to clean it out.

Then flip the mirror. Are you that person for someone else? The best way to find people who want to see you win is to start becoming one.

Choose your people like your future depends on it. It does.

I’ve made millions of dollars. And I’ve sat in the middle of it feeling empty.

Nobody tells you that part. You chase the number for years, convinced it’s the thing that will finally fill you up. Then you hit it, and the feeling you were promised never shows up. You look around and the question hits you: is this it?

It wasn’t the money that was wrong. It was where I was asking it to take me.

Here’s what actually fills me:

My daughter. Nothing on earth compares to being her dad. No deal, no commission check, no seven-figure year has ever felt like her running up to me. She’s the reason I want to build something that lasts.

The right people. I spent years grinding mostly alone, and it cost me more than any bad investment. Real friends, real brotherhood, people who’d still be there if the money disappeared tomorrow.

Jesus. Every achievement fades. He doesn’t. When everything else was loud and empty, He was the one thing that actually filled the hole.

I’m not telling you to stop chasing big goals. I’m going after mine harder than ever. Money is a tool, and it can build an incredible life. But it was never meant to be the point.

Chase the goal. Just don’t let it cost you the things that actually matter.

Stop expecting small minds to understand big dreams.

There’s a line I keep coming back to: don’t expect people to understand your grind when God didn’t give them your vision. He gave it to you, not them. That’s why it makes sense to you and sounds crazy to everyone else.

Joseph is the proof. God gave him a dream, he shared it with the wrong people, and his own brothers threw him in a pit. Same dream, same God, completely different reaction depending on who he told. And the dream still came to pass, years later, in ways he never could have planned.

Most people will call you crazy. Most won’t believe in you. That’s okay, because most people measure what’s possible by what they’ve seen. Their doubt isn’t a verdict on your dream. It’s a report on their own ceiling.

And the vision will always look beyond your means. If it fit your budget, you wouldn’t need faith. Trust the One who gave you the vision to supply what it takes. Don’t despise small beginnings, either. He’s glad to see the work begin.

Success isn’t lonely. You just get more selective. The higher you climb, the fewer people belong on the rope with you, and the ones who do are the ones who see who you’re becoming, not just who you are today.

Be careful who you tell. Stay close to the ones who see it.
