Barcelona, here we go! 🇪🇸🏎️ Excited to test myself in one of the most competitive and prestigious Formula 4 championships in the world! A big thank you to everyone at MP Motorsport for welcoming me to the team this week and giving me this opportunity. I’m looking forward to making the most of every lap this weekend. We’ve already completed two official test days, and it’s been a great learning experience. Day 1 — P3 overall 🔥 Day 2 — P19 overall Two very different results, but that’s racing. I’m quickly learning just how important timing, track position and making every lap count really are. Lots of positives to take away and plenty more to learn. Now it’s time to put everything together for qualifying and racing. 💪 You can follow the action LIVE on the Spanish F4 Championship YouTube channel throughout the weekend. Wish me luck! 👊 #SpanishF4 #MPMotorsport #f1 #roadtoformula1 #motorsport by @ryanserravalle

Feeling a bit nostalgic with one of my favorite bands growing up. Always told my wife I should have been a rocker instead. 😂 🎸 💀 @revelrealty @revelniagara @nickiserravalle by @ryanserravalle
Feeling especially grateful for these three wonderful men I’ve had the privilege of working alongside over the years. We’ve shared so many laughs and memories, and no matter what the day brings, they always seem to make things feel a little lighter. A special shoutout to Gill, who is celebrating 10 years with REVEL! Thank you for a decade of dedication, friendship, and being such a valued part of this journey. I feel truly blessed to be surrounded by such great people. The business brought us together, but it’s the friendships that mean the most. Here’s to many more years and plenty more laughs! 🧡 @revelrealty @revelniagara @gillbellefleur @roblalondeniagara @edsmallsellshomes by @ryanserravalle
Celebrating the big 10 with Gill Bellefleur! 🎉 ㅤ Oh boy... what's the character limit on Instagram again? Because we have a worrying amount of nice things to say about Gill. ㅤ And we're certainly not alone. Ask his clients, friends, family, colleagues, or maybe even his enemies (if he has any), and you'll probably hear the same thing: Gill is simply one of those people who makes everything a little better just by being there. ㅤ With decades of experience in real estate, Gill has built a reputation that goes well beyond the deals he's made. It's his genuine character, infectious positivity, and the way he treats everyone around him that have made him such a respected and valued part of our industry. ㅤ And after 10 years with REVEL, one thing hasn't changed: Gill continues to remind us that great people are what make a great brokerage. by @ryanserravalle
One of the most fulfilling things about what I do is supporting office leaders and agents to build their businesses. This year I’ve taken a new approach to streamline the process while keeping it firmly grounded in numbers. My promise to them was simple, achieve more by doing less. How? When we discuss the type of service we strive to deliver, we realize that there are activities, technology, and routines that are not contributing to the desired outcomes we wish to create for clients. So we remove them and replace them with the things that are. In one hour we get clear on our numbers, sharpen our communication skills, share success stories and failures, form new accountability relationships with colleagues/leaders and set the bar higher for ourselves. Thank you @reveldurhamregion for hosting myself and @melissadearden to deliver this session today! Commit and go! by @ryanserravalle

Celebrating the big 10 with Crystal Simons! 💎🎉 ㅤ They say diamonds are formed under pressure, but Crystal Simons has spent the last decade proving that brilliance comes from never standing still! ㅤ Crystal's journey in real estate is one we've admired every step of the way. From bringing an already impressive sales background into the industry, to becoming an agent, joining a team, growing into an incredible team player, and eventually stepping into leadership as a Head Coach and running her own REVEL office in Dunnville. Every chapter has brought new challenges, new achievements, and even bigger ambitions. ㅤ But what makes Crystal's story so special isn't just how far she's come. It's how many people she's helped along the way. ㅤ Anyone who knows Crystal knows that behind her ambition is a genuine passion for people. Whether she's helping clients find their place in the world, supporting fellow agents, or creating an environment where others can thrive, Crystal has a remarkable way of making the success of those around her part of her own. ㅤ And that's what makes ten years worth celebrating. Not simply the milestones, the sales, or the titles, but the relationships built, the people inspired, and the lasting impact she's made throughout her journey. by @ryanserravalle
Celebrating two incredible years with our REVEL Durham family! 🧡🎉 ㅤ From the moment Gino, Walid, and Doug joined REVEL with their teams, their ambition, energy, and determination to make an impact were impossible to miss. ㅤ And they wasted no time making it happen! ㅤ From opening the doors to their incredible office in record time and hosting a packed grand opening, to introducing fresh ideas and innovations across the brand, to organizing outstanding events that bring agents together and help them grow, their contributions have been nothing short of remarkable. ㅤ The best part? By the time we finish listing their accomplishments, they've probably already added a few more. ㅤ It's that relentless drive, combined with a genuine commitment to their people, that has helped REVEL Durham grow into a thriving community of over 40 agents in just two years. ㅤ But beyond the numbers, what makes this team so special is the culture they've built, the opportunities they've created, and the standard they continue to set for what great leadership can look like. by @ryanserravalle
