Obsession Apperception Post!

While I still plan on releasing my May 2026 post this week I just want to make a special post about @obsessionthemovie a Indie horror film directed by Curry Barker. This film is my favorite horror film I have seen this decade with its beautiful visuals and lighting and the unbelievable powerful preformances. Like seriously how does Inde Navarrette do half of the things she does in this film! Obsessions success story is also very inspiring for me, as someone who is currently studying film and wants to become a filmmaker someday, seeing a small indie film do this well is very inspiring. This film proves that while yes horror films are fun and scary they are also a form of art that is used to tell deep rich stories like any other type of film. This movie means so much to me and so many other people so shoutout to the incredible cast and crew that made this film come to life! For those who haven’t seen it this is one of the few horror movies that actually manages to scare me so you know it’s good! by @rylanthefish24
