So beyond grateful to announce that i am officially registered for @iplpowerlifting worlds!! At @uspakansas ‘ awesome midwest junior championship I surpased the qualifying total needed for worlds by almost 100 lbs and earned an Elite classification of 782 lbs / 355 kgs with a DOTS score of 358.42. This has been a dream of mine for a while now and I am beyond excited to start preparing for this meet!!

Going out for swim my sophomore year was probably one of the best decisions ive ever made. I felt out of place without soccer because of my injury, but my teammates and this sport helped me find my place again. Thank you to everyone who made this season awesome. Can’t wait for next year! by @rylindehncke4

@mshspowerlifting

Wasn’t my best meet due to not feeling good, however still came away with 165 and benched the most out of every girl. Thank you to everyone who has supported me in this sport. This season has helped me through a hard time with my knee injury, being able to be apart of a team while being limited is everything.

Thank you to my awesome teammates, who I have developed close friendships with. They have pushed me, made me laugh, and made me a better powerlifter. A special thanks to the seniors, the team wont be the same without you amazing and fun people.

@cgreene46 thank you for being an amazing and encouraging coach, maize south powerlifting is lucky to have you, cant wait for next year

Last but not least @brookey.lifts , the best powerlifting coach anyone could ask for. My forever coach. You have helped me through more than just getting new prs, but also my injury and mental plateaus, and giving me a sense of belonging in powerlifting. by @rylindehncke4
