Hey yall! We just updated the RYSE AI to GPT-5.1, and the difference is immediate. Responses feel instant, insights are sharper, and the whole experience just flows.
The future of fitness tech is all about smarter + faster AI on a steady cadence and our goal at RYSE is to stay ahead of that curve so our community always gets the best possible experience.

Excited to ship this one. Your workouts just got an upgrade 💪🔥 <3 Jessica & Bryan by @ryseapp.io

AWS, our cloud service provider, experienced an outage early this morning Monday Oct 20th

This resulted in some users being logged out of RYSE and unable to login or reset their passwords

AWS seems to be back up, so the issue should be resolved.

Please use the password reset w/ your RYSE username or original email if you forgot your password by @ryseapp.io

🚀 Smarter workouts, made just for YOU.
The RYSE AI Training Assistant takes your goals, your progress, and your equipment and builds the perfect routine. 💪🔥

Our community is already obsessed (and we get it 😉).
Have you tried it yet? by @ryseapp.io

Hey RYSE fam! The AI Beta was down for a little bit yesterday due to a bug. Bryan rolled out a fix so we should be good to go now. Shoutout to the beta testers for reporting the issue. We appreciate yalls help! <3 Jessica by @ryseapp.io

Your exercise history & stats have always been viewable while logging, but we decided to make it easier to view them without needing to open a workout log. You can now view your exercise stats & history on the Dashboard! Add 2 exercises to be able to quick compare stats by toggling between them.

Looking for an app to track your workouts & meet friends? RYSE is FREE to try on iOS & Android

How would you expect the exercise rest timer to behave in this scenario?

We already have a Rest Timer on RYSE but this global setting is something new I started building last night after a user asked me about it 👩🏻‍💻

Howdy yall! As the community continues to grow, we've realized the need to enable yall to have Private Accounts. We want everyone to feel comfy using RYSE and sometimes that means limiting who can view & interact with your posts, we get it! You can now make your account private. This means you will be able to either accept/reject follow requests & your posts will no longer go into the global feed, only the feeds of your accepted followers. We hope this helps yall feel safe!

Whoever left this 5⭐️ review on the App Store, THANK YOU!!!! As indie devs, getting app reviews is TOUGH! We don’t pay for reviews or use bots so it makes it difficult to compete in the App / Play Stores. Every 5⭐️ review helps us climb the listing charts.
If you’re loving the RYSE app & community and believe we deserve 5⭐️, please leave us a review! If you think we are less than 5⭐️, please contact us so we can chat about it and learn more about your experience. <3 Jessica & Bryan by @ryseapp.io

Custom Set Types are now LIVE! You can create up to 10 set types to use while logging. We hope this helps yall track your workouts better.

If you're looking for an app to track your workouts and find your own fitness community, checkout RYSE

~8pm central: If you were logged out and can’t login to RYSE, please blame Amazon & Jeff Bezos

Amazon provides our Authentication and they are currently experiencing an outage. We’re monitoring it but unfortunately there’s nothing we can do about it.

Usually they get things fixed quickly so try again in an hour or so.

Don’t use this as an excuse to skip the gym 💪 by @ryseapp.io
