Not all kayak tours are created equal.

At @c2cpaddlesports, we've spent months creating something that goes beyond a day of paddling. By combining world-class sea kayaking with incredible local partners and thoughtfully curated experiences, we've built an adventure that showcases the very best of coastal British Columbia.

We're incredibly proud to officially introduce our new Boat-Supported Sea Kayak Adventures.

These experiences take you deep into the Discovery Islands and Desolation Sound, far beyond the reach of a typical Campbell River day trip. Launch from a classic west coast vessel and explore pristine waters by kayak, share a gourmet lunch on a secluded beach, swim in the warm emerald waters that make Desolation Sound famous, and, on select adventures, finish the day in a floating wood-fired sauna surrounded by mountains, ancient forest, and absolute stillness.

This wouldn't have been possible without some amazing local businesses who share our passion for creating exceptional experiences. A huge thank you to @s.s.funship, @moreeatery, and @refugesauna for helping bring this vision to life.

Whether you're visiting Vancouver Island or you've called this coast home for years, we think this is one of the most unforgettable ways to experience it.

Bookings are now open. Visit the link in our bio to learn more and reserve your adventure.

There’s no better way to experience the West Coast than by bike and by boat.

On Saturday I had the opportunity to guide the Funship crew around Mount Mahony, welcoming an incredible group of riders… including a few Vancouver Island legends.

The Funship is such a unique concept! Connecting riding destinations across the Salish Sea by boat, turning the journey itself into part of the adventure. From saltwater crossings to fresh loam, rugged coastline to world-class singletrack, it’s an experience you won’t find just anywhere.

As a local guide, it’s something I’m incredibly proud to be part of. Sharing Powell River’s trail network, local history, and hidden gems with visiting riders is exactly why I started Mahony Bike Co.

If you’ve ever wanted to experience Mount Mahony the way the locals do, let’s make it happen.

Boat. Bikes. Beers. What more do you want?

HELP US NAME OUR NEWEST FUNSHIP EXPERIENCE!

Our newest boat is in the water and ready for adventure… but it needs a name!

Right now we’ve been calling it the “Date Boat” — but this experience is WAY more than just romance.

Dates can be:
• Best friends
• Brothers & sisters
• Parent & kid
• Grandma & grandson
• Your fishing buddy
• Or someone who just deserves to feel appreciated

This is a private 2-person adventure with your own guide, designed to experience Quadra Island like a local.

CONTEST TIME
1. TAG the person you’d take on your FunShip date

You’ll be entered to WIN a FREE FunShip Date Night on Quadra Island this summer!

Every tag earns you an extra entry, so tag away.
